"I liked the location. Everything was close by shopping restaurants and fast food options too. The staff was great. I accidentally left my camera in the room and they called me the same day. Everyone was friendly the room was clean and the beds comfy. The jacuzzi was nice and hot and the pool was the perfect cool down. I was very happy during my stay there. I would definitely stay there again."

"For the cost we have stayed in bigger rooms. The rooms were very small the double queen beds weren't even matched matresses"

"The room was Sparkling clean. Beds were comfortable and made up excellently! Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee pot (coffee, cream, sugar provided) were all in good working order and very clean. The kitchenware, plates, cups, silverware were also very clean. There is No Maid Service at this motel. Not a problem. Manager provided his number and any fresh towels, linens, soap, shampoo, dish washing liquid, coffee required were delivered on the spot. Kind of unique, but the system was run smoothly....

"It was a great get away weekend for us. The beach access was great, beautiful sunrise photos! 60% sand, 40% rocks. The house was perfect for us. Cozy, senior-pet and toddler friendly because it only had a few steps. Nothing fancy about the house, but that’s what we wanted. Could use some renovations (outlet in kitchen didn’t totally work, window A/C unit, new pull-out bed couch) Overall, reminded me of the old hunting cabins turned rentals we would stay in way up north. There is a master bedroom...

"Beautiful view of the lake. Very cute setting , furniture, bathroom, chairs and tables. Nice back porch for relaxing away from the elements. Excellent wood for bonfire on site and affordable. Bed was comfortable."

The location was great for tours up and down the Thumb coast. The fall colors were excellent, if not peak close to it. "Enjoyed a week-long stay at the farmhouse! The kids enjoyed the goats and checking for eggs from the chickens. Many peaceful spots on the property to read or put up a hammock and take a nap! We used the location for my daughter's senior pictures. Great communication with owner - always very helpful and gracious!"

"The house can accommodate a large group easily. We could not have asked for better weather. The biggest disappointment was the area of Lake Huron. If you are looking to run and dive into Lake Huron this is not the place. The bottom here is all rocks that you cannot walk on. Thank goodness we brought with us paddle boards which are grand children rowed around on.Goose poop was everywhere on the property.Maybe time of year for them! Outside could use a good power washing. Being together is most...
