"This was a great property for extended family. Lots of interesting places within an our and also some authentic Italian villages to explore nearby. The local pizzeria was very good and not expensive. Priests and her partner were very helpful and looked after us well. A very relaxing holiday but very hot in Augusta’s one downside is no air conditioning. "

"This is a charming but very old home. It really is medieval with stone walls and floors. Updated bathrooms and kitchen. If you have mobility issues this is not the place for you. Steps to and from the front door and steps throughout the home. The owner was great and communicated well. We loved Todi, great little town and central location for visiting the hill towns. Use Stefano for a rental car."

"Lovely outlook and very nice house. Description a bit misleading - there are not 2 bathrooms, there is 1 bathroom and a cloakroom. There is no restaurant/ bar in the village, it closed 2 years ago. The bikes were locked away. I had to ask for access details and they were sent late. No signal on the TV for most of our stay. All small things on their own, but not when added up. "Two familes had a lovely week at this beautiful house. Hot tub was great and the pool was very welcome during the hot days. It's not a huge pool and only a meter deep but did the job. The house and grounds are really well maintained. Cats are lovely and not bothersome. Gaspare, Christoff and Raquel are all very helpful. I would really recommend this Villa for a peaceful break away from it all. "

"Villa Eleanora is in quite a lovely location convenient to many sites in Umbria. The facilities were very well taken care of and clean. The outdoor terrace and pool areas were really lovely. "Wir haben das Anwesen für eine Woche gebucht und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Villa ist liebevoll eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer fanden wir sehr gut: auch mit acht Personen hat man Raum für sich gehabt. Der gemeinsam genutzter Bereich lädt mit Kaminfeuer zum entspannen und genießen ein. "We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"
