"Our stay here was magical! Communication with David was a breeze from the start. Due to flight times from Florida, we arrived in the evening, but he was there to greet us with his warm smile & friendly demeanor. The cottage is ideal! You will think you stepped into a "Maine Cottages" magazine. It is well equipped, and was capable of hosting our "Lobstah Boil" with 20 guests, a live Jazz Saxophonist & a keyboard player! The views can't be beat. Want to kayak? Want to canoe? Conveniently located...

"We had such a relaxing stay at this cabin. The property is incredibly peaceful, and the neighbors are friendly but respectful of privacy. The cabin was clean and well-stocked with essentials like paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and large towels, which made settling in so easy. It’s a great spot for guests of all ages, and we truly felt at home. We’re already planning to book this cabin again next year!"

"Lovely cabin with nice touches. Clean and comfortable with little surprises everywhere. Located on a quiet road with a beautiful view of Dexter Pond. Upon arrival I was greeted with a loon call, and it was awesome! Kayaks were provided and I ventured off on the pond and it was amazing! Highly recommend this place."

"So quiet but pretty close to shops. The camp has all needed amenities. Sunsets were unreal right from the deck. We swam right off the dock. Kayaks were a bonus. The screened porch is perfect for curling up with a book and listening to the loons. The high speed internet made it so I could work from there which I had to during the week. Ideal camp."

"Property was very nice. A few things needed upgrades. The grill was rusty and we couldn’t use it. The bathtub needed a grab bar. The treads to the dock were very slippery when wet because of mold. And a couple of treads leading down to dock were loose. We enjoyed boating and fishing was great. It was also nice to have boat ramp so close to cottage and our boat right on our dock. "

"We have traveled Midcoast Maine since childhood and have always admired this historic riverfront Wiscasset building. We were so happy for the opportunity to stay here! The space is thoughtfully arranged as both an homage to its history and a cozy living space with gorgeous Sheepscot views. Perfect landing spot for Wiscasset's beautiful walking tour, eateries and shops. We loved every minute. Thank you!"

"Quiet, relaxing, carefree. Swam, kayaked, canoed, fished. Ate in using the well appointed, perfectly supplied kitchen and barbeque. Meant to build a fire and roast some marshmallows but they magically disappeared. Saw deer, loons and loonets, and other wildlife. Added two birds to my lifelist. You won’t regret staying here."

"The weather was cold and rainy but the cabin was cozy, warm, and clean. We still ran/biked/ tried to fish. Played the games they had, and built the puzzles as well. The road was quiet and a good place for the little guy to bike- close enough to other things. "

"Great place to relax and be central to several locations. Please be aware that this is not meant for handicapped. Too high of a step into the house and Too steep and slippery to get down to the lake. Also, did not matter to us but not a lot of privacy due to the owners house only feet away, blocking most of the view of the lake. With that being said, the house had a view of the lake from one side of the deck which was awesome to sit at in the evenings. It was perfect for our relaxing...

"Great location, close to everything I wanted to do. Grocery store and restaurants near by.. state parks and preserves to walk. Condo was clean and comfortable,with easy access. Nice balcony looking out over the green space in the back. Great place to have coffee in the morning - I even saw a deer one morning!"

"We stayed in this cabin for two nights with our dog and it was very peaceful and fun! The cabin has a campfire, lots of batteries for charging, lights, battery fans, etc. There were many long walking trails with fun activities; like kayaking, axe throwing, a pizza oven… Exactly what we were looking for! Would stay again! "
