"This cottage really was cozy! My boyfriend and I only stayed one night but it was hands down the best night of sleep we’ve both had in a long time. Everything was comfortable and we were very fortunate to have found this gem. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. "This was perfect for our family! Two bedrooms with king beds and two bathrooms. Tons of space to spread out. Dining table was big enough for six people and more if needed. We made smores in the backyard. We had a blast and made some wonderful memories. Super close to Sequoia National Park and we saw the tallest tree on earth! General Sherman tree. I would highly recommend. I almost forgot...there's also a garage to park your car. =) Thank you so much!!"

"I can't say enough good things about Joyce and her dome! The views were phenomenal and the dome was clean, stylish, and perfect for our honeymoon. The host was attentive and informative and went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable. There was a power outage in the entire town, and she came within minutes to check on us, as there was no cell service. She went above and beyond for us. I can't recommend this place enough and we will definitely be booking again in the future."

"We stayed here for one night after a drive from San Diego, with the goal of getting into sequoia the next morning. It was great! My kids loved the openness of the property. We could wander around and look at the horses and a neighbor was super friendly and let my daughters pet her mare. The indoors met all our needs and the snacks were appreciated. "Our family so enjoyed our time here none of us wanted to leave. The house is beautiful and full of what appears to be a lifetime of traveling and gorgeous collections of art. It is quirky and felt very homey. I even found my book club book on the shelves and was able to get a head start on reading which I enjoyed in the beautiful outdoor space. The pool was lovely after a day spent hiking. I would return and stay here in an heart beat. I also enjoyed the Mexican place twice and cannot recommend...

"This was one of my favorite short-term rentals. Easy drive to Sequioa National Forest. Very walkable area with loads of good restaurants, coffee shops, and the like. The Saturday market, which was about 1.5 miles away, was fantastic if you like fresh produce. Soccer City 1852–a brewery and indoor soccer facility—is a can’t miss. The house was spacious, clean, and had a nice yard and grill. No complaints, only positives from my crew."
