"This is the second time we have stayed here and once again, it was great. This property very well appointed and well maintained. It is a short walk to Main St. La Veta, which is very nice. Sitting on the deck in the afternoon, with the sun and the Cuchara River is very relaxing. It is a great choice!"

"It was great to have such a nice place to “come home” to. There was plenty of space for all and the view from the deck was amazing."

"Our family gathered at the ranch for a few days of connection and rest. The property is amazing-expansive and beautiful. The ranch house, bunk house and tiny house were extremely clean and comfortable. The Kenneys have been good stewards of their land. Their love for the ranching way of life is evident in every detail. The Kenney’s exude the gift of hospitality!"

"Beautiful and cozy new-build guest house with a hot tub! We thoroughly enjoy this modern guest house featuring modern upgrades such as heated floors and an easily accessible hot tub. The kitchen was fantastic, stocked with all the necessary kitchen necessities you would need to cook a meal. The hosts were friendly, attentive, and cordial. The only item missing was access to a washer/dryer unit. However, this would not deter us from booking this unit again. "

"We had stayed at this hotel about 5 years ago and were pleased. We needed a one night stay on our way to South Fork from Texas. The rooms are always clean and we had a nice large room with a king! "It's an older building so the floors are creaky and the windows are old but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The lady at the front desk was so nice. There is a train nearby that comes through a few times a night. I would definitely stay here again! "
