"We had the best time at Neem View. Our 2 bed apartment was spacious and well equipped. We loved the pool and used it many times over our 3 week stay. "The resort, rooms, grounds and pool were well taken. Are if and very clean. The beach was spectacular, cleaned daily and great chairs and Impella. The location was also a plus, as it was close to everything. Maybe due to being the off season, but the lack of restaurant was the only challenge. Now, ROTI KING in St. John’s was the best. As we like the local food and not the “posh” tourist restaurants. But that just us."

"Excellent location and standard of the property. Pool was a delight. Issue with finding the property as address given was Garden Apartments whereas it was Hamilton House. Taxi driver did not know Garden Apartments. Took about an hour to find the property then we did not have the key box code and took a while to contact someone to get it. "I loved the property and how it was set up. A few tiny things niggled me. The jacuzzi bath didn't have a stopper so couldnt use it as a bath. The shower wasnt cleaned properly, there was hairs all over. No other plugs for international guests. Some of the lights didnt work."

"Neil was great and very helpful. Place was very nice. Fully equipped kitchen. We were able to have family dinners a few nights. Beds very comfortable. I Bought laundry detergent and washed towels and clothes while we where there. No dirty clothes to take home :) Beautiful views and the beach was within steps from our front door. I would rent a car because taxis can get very pricey."

"This remote, beachfront hotel is great if you want solitude and peace and quiet. The beach itself is OK but there was a lot of debris. The apartment was clean, tidy, but not well equipped for everyday cooking. We had to buy quite a lot of kitchen equipment. Neil and the staff were very helpful. Although there are 2 restaurants within walking distance they are not always open and you need to book in advance. "The property was amazing, although sort of off the beaten path…but that’s not even a problem with having a driver available anytime. The house was spectacular and Lou (owner) was always a call away, willing to help, pick up groceries, drinks, whatever. The house is probably better than the pictures online.
