Cane Creek Retreat is the perfect spot to create your mountain escape memories! With direct creek access and the surrounding natural beauty, you'll feel miles away from the hustle and bustle while being just minutes from shopping, dining and everything from hiking to biking. 10 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 15 minutes to the Biltmore Estate and downtown Asheville.

You will arrive to this ranch style home with a nicely manicured exterior. Once inside there are several spaces to gather including the den with large smart tv, keeping room and the sunroom where tons of natural light will welcome you. Enjoy the ease of family cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, with seating in the eat in kitchen or adjoining dining room. The grill master of the group will want to take advantage of the charcoal grill as well. Wherever you choose to kick back, there's the feeling of down-home calm from nearly every room in the house!

Great Stay!
I was initially hesitant because the furnishings make the property look slightly dated and the booking process was different than what I’ve experienced with other rentals, but we ended up being extremely happy with the upkeep and cleanliness of the property. The furniture and appliances are in excellent condition. Most important to me, being a neat freak, was the exceptional cleanliness, even with the bedding and towels. There is tons of space, and the outdoor area is great. As others have said, there is road noise since the house is right on a rural highway, but it didn’t impact us much because it’s only minimal at night and we didn’t hang out outside. I’m sure some cheap earplugs could help any sensitive sleepers. The Jack and Jill bathroom connects the bedroom with the king bed, but that setup was fine for us. The other bathroom is a good size and modern with exceptional storage space. The house was extremely well-stocked. The place worked very well for our family, with kids and a grandmother, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great Choice
We have been coming to the Asheville area for several years to visit family and friends. This house was a great location. The creek in the back kept 3 kids happy- 10, 7, 7. Spacious, clean, wonderful beds and linens. I think this house may move to the top of our list. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Spacious, well-stocked house….with traffic noise.
The house was great. Kitchen and bathrooms very well stocked. We had everything we needed and more. Comfy beds and luxurious towels. Very clean. The management team answered several questions we had right away. The only issue was traffic noise. This house is located very close to a four lane highway. Closer than the pictures show. You can hear traffic inside the house and on back porch and in backyard. Traffic decreases between 11pm and 6am, so we didn’t have trouble sleeping, but be ready to wake up by 6-6:30am when trucks start going by, especially if you’re sleeping in one of the 2 front bedrooms. No quiet mornings on the back porch with coffee listening to the sound of the creek, unless you’re sitting there before 6am. If that doesn’t bother you, this house has everything you need and the management company is very helpful.

Quiet and clean creek rental
We really enjoyed our stay. One of the cleanest places we have rented before. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of parking. Could use more towels, but it wasn't a big deal having laundry on-site.

This was the overall nicest and cleanest rental we have ever stayed at. Well laid out for a big family, plenty of space to spread out inside plus great outdoor spaces. It is located on a major highway and the road noise is loud at night. Overall a wonderful place to stay for a family vacation.

The house is laid out well for families with adults and children. Plenty of room for everyone and a large backyard for the kids to play. Convenient to grocery stores and other amenities. This home is beautiful with great views, comfy beds and every kitchen appliance you need. Had a bear go thru the yard and saw some deer and a few snow flurries. Made good use of the fireplace. Would definitely book again

The house was nice and clean. Located within 20 minutes of Biltmore Estate, Downtown Asheville, and Chimney Rock. House is right off the HWY not inside of a subdivision. Makes an easy home base for enjoying all the activities.

Family Thanksgiving at Cane Creek
Our family's experience at the Cane Creek Retreat was great! Check-in was simple and easy, the house was very clean, the bedrooms and bathrooms were amply stocked with supplies, the kitchen had everything we needed! We enjoyed playing the games at the house and spending time together as a family putting together the puzzles. The location was convenient to the Asheville area and the property had a nice, private feel being set-back from the road. The landlord/property managers were available and responsive without any delay. Overall, a great house to accommodate a family gathering!

This property was perfect for our group. Between the formal living room, the family room adjacent to the kitchen, the sunroom and the back deck, there were plenty of areas for us to spread out. The creek that ran through the back yard was lovely, but the very busy main road in the front was too close for comfort.

Without a doubt, hands down the cleanest, neatest property we’ve ever stayed in. We were in town for my cousins wedding probably told 10 people how clean and convenient the Retreat was. Will definitely stay there again and heartily recommend it!
