"Everything was really nice. My only issues were the stove was very hard to use. Indicators have been rubbed off. The road was one way and was troublesome to get caught on. One time I had to back up down this mountainous road. It is a one way road. Meeting another vehicle is troublesome. I think a different mattress in the big loft would be better. I absolutely will stay there again. It will be my go to location"

"It was a true blessing to find Renee and her lovely Enchanted Cottage. The accommodations were excellent and her attention to the smallest details made our stay just perfect. Breakfast was delicious!! We could not have found a better place to relax and unwind. We were near enough to Boone and West Jefferson to visit those areas without being near heavy traffic. It was just right!! Thank you, Renee and “crew” for everything. "

"Amazing views and the place is as decribed. We enjoyed the location and views very much. Cozy tiny home with beautiful town and privacy, great for bringing a dog. Loved the amount of technology and what was provided. For future bookers, just know that the bathroom situation is definitely rough, which they did warn us of. "My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The cabin is secluded but not completely isolated. Very good views; my wife took quite a few pictures. The property appears to be built to be accessible if that's a need. The kitchen is well stocked with goods, which pleased my wife to no end. The roads within 500 meters of the cabin are narrow but navigatable. Very picturesque load scenes as well; again, many pictures my wife took. All in all an excellent place to stay. We intend to return. ."

"The is one of the most comfortable rentals we have ever stayed at. They gave a lot of thought to the layout, the decor, and the amenities. Although it's an efficiency it's spacious and allows for cooking, relaxing, and dining in defined areas. A very well outfitted kitchen too! And the host is a lovely person and a great resource for local eateries and attractions. We couldn't have been happier!"

"The property was so cute and everything was so clean! The grounds and the views were breathtaking. We did do the hike up to the top of the hill to enjoy the lookout. It was a little steeper and longer than we anticipated but we'll worth it. What a great little slice of heaven. Hotub was perfect temperature and being able to hangout in the silence of the night was amazing. Would definitely do this again! "
