RARE FIND: Lakefront 2,300 sq ft, 5 bedroom home and brand new 1,500 sq ft deck on Grand Lake sits on 24 acres of private land with 1/2 mile of beachfront shoreline (no stairs and no neighbors). You can launch your boat on the property and enjoy covered parking for all your vehicles. This clean and stylish 5 bedroom home has all the updated essentials (Keurig coffee makers, 65" Flatscreen TV and WiFi). Soak up the panoramic views from your bed while enjoying a warm cup of coffee in the morning or cooking up breakfast for the family to eat together on the patio. After a long day of fishing and boating, grab a drink and relax by the outdoor fire pit or start a game of horseshoe as the sunsets.

5 Bedroom (7 beds), 2 Bath House (Sleeps 11) :
Pet-Friendly. To approve your pet can you please share the breed and weight of your pets so we can approve prior to arrival. Below are our pet rules that are required by host., please respond below to confirm. Thank you!

Can’t Be Beat!
Every year for the past 10 years we’ve booked a family weekend at a vacation rental. This property is hands down the best place we’ve stayed. We’ve stayed in some very nice rentals over the years, but seemed like there was always something that could’ve been a bit better. This one has it all! Comfy beds & furnishings, outstanding outdoor space and stunning view. We are already planning our next visit.

This property was the perfect location to getaway to rest and reset. There was ample space to wonder and explore. 30 acres is more than enough space to find alone time in nature. The hosts were attentive and ensured that we were comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!

Annual Escape with Kids and Grands!
The property was perfect, one of the best equipped kitchens of any VRBO we have stayed at. There was not one utensil, pan, or dish that I wished we had as we prepared our meals. The house is well furnished and very comfortable. The deck was perfect for our early morning coffee and late evening visits. Plenty of room for the younger children to play and run. Water access was great, plenty of room for our two boats and wave runner. As expected the river was pretty dirty but a shower are water play keeps that from being a big issue, there was easy and quick access to the main lake for water play. The fishing was excellent and the fish fries were lots of fun! If this property is still available next year, it will be high on our list for consideration for our annual family gathering with all the kids and grandkids.

Perfect peace
Second time I’ve stayed here. It’s absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. I brought my mom and aunt with me and they enjoyed it as well. Beautiful home as well. My 2 bassets love it as well. So many geese, birds, squirrels and cows to watch!! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your peace on earth!

Family vacation
The view and surroundings of the property are out of this world! The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and small appliances you could need. The layout of the house was great, it allowed each of us space if we needed and had multiple wonderful common areas. Host was available if needed but not intrusive, very friendly! We will be back for sure.

Blissful tranquility
This place is absolutely amazing. It's beautiful and so peaceful. I booked it for a much needed rest and relaxation vacation and it delivered! I brought my 2 basset hounds who loved watching the ducks, boats and cows! It's a great place to get back in touch with nature. Page was so nice and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

Family vacation
This property was perfect for our family! Grandparents, parents, and 5 kids- ages ranging 7-16. We enjoyed fishing, walks, playing games, having bonfires, playing horseshoes, football, and more! The property was very clean and had everything we needed to cook all of our meals! The beds were comfortable, and everything was in working order! Can’t say anything bad about our visit! Owners live on the property in their own home, and were there to answer any questions that we had!

Our yearly sibling trip
Every year since our parents have passed we take a sibling trip this year we chose Oklahoma and had a wonderful at this property. It was so peaceful and so much room. The house was fully equipped and very few things needing attention and they were addressed immediately. Weather was fantastic. The linens on the beds were amazing and the views were perfect! Highly recommend this place for a quiet retreat.

Amazing lakefront home!
I have to say Cassanda Shores is a special place and we have stayed in a lot of VRBO‘s. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in a rental that has been this well stocked, you can tell the amount of time and care that has been taken by the owners to ensure their guests have everything they need. And then on top of that, you have this beautiful view, in a quiet part of the lake, which was exactly what we were looking for. It’s a great place to relax and spend good quality time with family.

Awesome place for Families!
We rented the house so our kids and grandkids could come together. It was perfect! Large spacious house on a great property. Far enough away from town and the main part of Grand Lake to feel secluded, but close enough to run in to town as needed. We loved fishing from the dock and the kids loved swimming right at the house. We also rented a boat that we tied up right there.

Perfect family vacation place
This was our second family vacation here and were looking to come again next year. We had four generations together, which doesn't happen often for us. We fished, swam, and kayaked every day. Everything we needed to make big meals was available. The views are fabulous and the house is simply perfect for us. We plan to come back every year it is available.

Absolutely wonderful place for your morning cup of coffee. The view, the birds, everything was wonderful. The kids had a great time exploring and collecting treasures. The hosts are such great people. The kids loved Paige's stories and explanations and inventions. (So did grandma and grandpa) The best by far was flying kites.
