"We came for 5 nights around Labor Day for a bike event. This home was the perfect place for our trip. The home was clean and cozy. The location was perfect - close to a bike path and downtown. "This was the perfect location for our family reunion for our family with members from age 82 down to a 2-month-old baby!! There were lots of activities for everyone to participate in with games and the wonderful outdoors to enjoy with the pond and river. The young adults especially enjoyed the theater room, pool table, ping pone table and disc golf. "The condo is near the base of Bald Mountain, convenient in the summer, though it'd be a bit of a slog carrying gear to walk it in winter. "We had a minor issue at check-in. A realtor had an open house that day and did not return the key to the main lockbox. Vacasa solved the problem in 5 minutes (there was another lockbox with a second key.) Other than that small glitch, we had a great stay. The unit is clean, spacious and comfortable and a short walk from downtown Ketchum. We would stay here again if we return in the future."
