"We had a great stay, and the owners were fantastic. Plenty of sleeping arrangements for 4 people, and everything worked properly. You can enjoy a nice walk down the property to the lake or grab some wood for a fire. Great listing for a nice little getaway. Would definitely stay here again."

"I am a 65 YO woman and I stayed at this cottage by myself the week of 10/22/24. I am pleased to give a 5-star rating because: this cottage was easy to find and located in a pleasant, quiet area. I felt safe in this cottage; it was very clean; bed slept wonderful; water pressure and temp were great; cottage looks exactly like pictures; everything worked as expected, and my communications with the property manager were easy. "This was the perfect get away for my husband and I to celebrate his 40th birthday. It was close to many of the distilleries for us to visit, and so many neat little downtowns to see as well. The only thing I would recommend is for them to have a hair dryer. I forgot mine and that was something I wish I had been there. Other than that, it was the perfect little quiet spot to stay."

"We stayed for a long weekend to go to a few burbon trail stops and sightseeing in Louisville and Lexington. Quiet, peaceful, stocked with everything we needed. Location is very rural, but we didn’t mind making the scenic drives. We visited Keenland, and Louisville for the pumpkin spectacular. The hot tub was a perfect spot to relax. "Another amazing property to get away from the hustle of everyday life. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful setting that this property is on. The house may look small but with the game room in the basement and large yard in the back there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. "The house is really nice, very clean very relaxing. Had a couple issues and they were resolved quickly by the owner. Was impressed on how quickly they responded and their concern over the issue. Overall it was a great stay we enjoyed the quiet location the views were great. Plenty of things to do in the area and some really good places to eat as well. Would stay there again anytime."

"The location was perfect for the Bourban Trail; we made it to 5 distilleries in 2 days! Beds were comfy, hot tub is great and it was very clean. We appreciated the extra blankets, pillows and soft sheets. The area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to the lake. We only wished for a few more kitchen utensils and dishcloths and towels. We did a bit of cooking and all like to tidy up. Overall we would all stay here again but for much longer."

"We stayed here looking for something rural and away from the busy cites for our Bourbon tour trips. It’s locate 30-40 minutes away or closer from all the activities in Louisville and Lexington. And easy to get to any distillery. Quaint little town with some good eats close by. The lake is right there if you have a boat and you can be on it in 5 minutes. Very quiet area. Suzanne was fast to get back to us and solved any minor issues we had. I would stay here again."
