"Room is clean restroom is clean. Walkable to Fred Mayer and taco bell. Owners are friendly. Would have been even better if there is a small water bottle or provision to fill water but this is just a suggestion. If you have a choice to choose between a hostel and this room with few dollars price difference I would strongly suggest to go for this room for all the advantages it offers. I was in similar boat hence suggesting :) "

"We had an amazing stay. Raspberry Acres was very comfortable and our hosts were wonderful. The horses and pups amd chickens were welcome companions as we walked the property from time to time. We truly enjoyed our stay here and it provided everything we needed...just like home! We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Alaska! Thank you, Kathy! "

"I loved the location of this property. It was far enough from the city to enjoy nature but not so far as to make it inconvenient. It was so close to Murphy Dome to enjoy the beautiful views from the top. The inside of the space was beautiful and clean and everything functioned properly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"The location has close neighbors above and to the sides. Occasionally loud, but very nice people who respect any request to quiet down. Convenient location to anything in Fairbanks. Parking was tight for our big vehicle, but a standard SUV or smaller would have no issues."

"We booked this place for its close location to the school our daughter was wrestling at so we didn't spend a huge amount of time in it, however we did find it to be well stocked with essentials, and we did enjoyed our stay. The location was super convenient to get to and from our destination, restaurants and shopping. The host was super nice and responsive to all of our questions. We would gladly stay here again. "

"Great location, easy check in, even with arriving at 1am. The apartment is well supplied, has everything you need for a multi day stay. The owner was very kind and responsive. It is a basement apartment so can hear the tenants above and the boiler for the building but it wasn’t a problem-just something to be aware of if you are sensitive to noise. We will definitely stay here again."

"The place was clean. Had issue with wifi which he fixed. My only recommendation is that a tv be added to master bedroom. Host was very responsive. Kitchen and bathroom had what you needed and it was a quiet neighborhood. Checkin was easy"

"Uma opção para passar um dia e relaxar nas águas termais. A temperatura da água é bem quentinha e possui toda infraestrutura adequada. Eles fornecem toalha e o locker é pago. Fui no museu de gelo e é interessante. Passeio super rápido e com muita gente. Possui apenas um restaurante com poucos funcionários e fila enorme para o jantar. A comida era boa pelo menos. Mas o maior problema foi o barulho nos quartos e não conseguimos dormir."
