The entire online check-in experience was a disaster. In my many years of travel, I have never suffered such unnecessary fuss before.Every single room had at least one fault. For example I do really prefer my bedside lamp to actually have a light bulb in it. Lots of areas within the kitchen and bathroom should have been much cleaner. Call me fussy, but I do prefer the toilet to not already have someone else's wee in it!I could go on and on listing the many, many other faults, but there really is no point, as I won't ever be going back there again!

We were visiting our son studying at Exeter University for the semester. Convenient by car. Ample parking. We loved the Guidebook put together by the property manager. It was extensive and instructions were clear. The only thing we had to hunt for was the linens/covering for the hideaway. Kitchen had what we needed for cooking. Thanks!
