"This house has a ton of character with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was very clean. Our group was three women and we had so much room. The living room was very comfortable for our lengthy conversations. The location was great as it is about a block's walk to The Elms where we enjoyed lunch and the spa. It's also a short walk to downtown shopping. Easy in and out with the push-button lock. The house was very comfortable temperature-wise. Each room has it's own heating/cooling...

The pics online sold us on the Property but they didn’t do it justice it was one of the best places we have ever stayed and we have stayed at several top level properties and this one is in a class of its own. "If you are just needing a place to crash at night this place is the one. It’s clean and has everything you need. For the most part it was quiet, had a bit of noise from the neighbors but didn’t last long. I stayed for 3 nights. Alexander was responsive when I had a bit of trouble getting in but that was on me. "There were five of us ladies staying for a long weekend. We hadn’t seen each other in 39 years! The house was so lovely and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We had a few kinks to deal with but the property managers were super fast in responding and everything turned out great! We were close to the Square, the Truman Library and the Truman home, all of which we toured. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!"

"The property is awesome for groups traveling together. The home is a split level so it allows each traveler to have a higher level of privacy than you would get in a hotel. We love going to the casinos when in KC and the Argosy is an easy drive down the street. There is a nice deck and grill provided that we would have used if it was warmer out. Overall amazing stay!"
