"The pictures do it justice. The view was wonderful, unfortunately it was foggy most of our stay but it did clear one evening and we could see the bridge. Its location was secluded and quiet. It was big enough that our family of 6 with adult children didn’t feel crowded. The kitchen was functional and had all we needed. When I did contact the owner with a question they were quick to respond. The wood burner on the porch was really a highlight for our family. Would recommend. "

"This was the perfect place to stay for a winter getaway to the beautiful U.P. The location is minutes from the grocery and a nice central home base for hiking and sight seeing. The house is huge and can accommodate up to 8 adults. There is ample cooking space and the owners really made us feel at home with the small details and amenities they offered! Definitely worth the booking. We’d love to visit during the busy summer season! "

"We stayed on the coldest day of the winter and arrived very late. We were worried it’d be cold and prepared to bundle up. The cabin was fantastic! Richie, the owner, lives on site and started the heater well before we arrived. It was so warm we had to turn the heat down! The place was clean and cozy, each room had its own space heater. "Great location! Close to St Ignas and other local attractions. Cabin is nice and private. There are neighbors close but didn't even notice they were there. Bonus one of the few places that allow pets including dogs. Nice cabin with a big firepit (one nights worth of firewood provided) could have been a little cleaner. Grill was not in working order.Also no matches or basic spices. Town was so close it wasnt an issue. "

"Our family had a perfect week. Everything in the house is excellent quality construction, very impressive to accomplish on a island with limited resources. The property is very large, impressive, peaceful, beautiful, among other flattering adjectives. The views from the house are honestly one of a kind. We had 8 adults and 5 kids for the week and we were very comfortable. Definitely recommend."

"Excellent last minute stay! Booked this bc the bridge was closed & we could not cross. Had plenty of parking (at last minute) for a truck & 30 ft trailer!! Clean, breakfast was great, pool was great. Only negative comment i have is they made me & my 2 year old wait till 10am before opening the pool. They claimed they needed to add chemicals... we waited by the door & in the lobby for 40 minutes & they did nothing.... Just wanted us to wait i guess. "
