"Wonderful property on Watts-Barr lake with a dock. 3rd year in a row coming down for Labor Day with friends. The dock is awesome for swimming with kiddos and keeping the boat. The boat ramp is only 10 minutes away. The water slide from the top level is thrilling for sure! The house was clean and stocked generously with cookware and dishes. Great views of the sunset and wildlife abound. Definitely on our list of places to come back to. "

"Cabin was very nice and perfect for our family of 4. Stairs down to the lake were very challenging and steep. Had some power flickers, guessing this is because of utilities work in the area, vut wasn't sure. Power never stayed completely off, was onlh off for a couple seconds each time. Driveway is very steep and loose gravel doesn't help. Better marking at the driveway would be nice to locate the property, pretty much guessed it was it by the looks. "We loved the house very spacious and well equipped..... the view in front of the lake very relaxing the surrounding the neighborhood we always felt safe and not having to carry our kayaks/board because the house has them was excellent , we will definitely come back."

"Overall it was a good trip. The location was a little further out from town than we liked. 15 minutes to a DG and 25-30 minutes to fast food. We were running a lot for our stay, so this made it a little inconvenient. The marina restaurant was closed for the season. If you were staying at the lake and cooking, it would work better. "This is our second time staying at the cabin. We have two large dogs and they absolutely love the property and the space to run. The cabin is always so cozy and comfy and we really enjoyed watching the leaves change since we don’t really get fall in Florida. The host was very quick at responding to any questions we may have had. Certainly recommend this spot."
