"There is a wonderful view of the river with the relaxing sound of the water."

"We rented this property for nine family members in all age ranges. The host was very friendly and was on the property and was quick to respond with questions and needs. The house was lovely and enough room for all to spread out. The farm did have the farm smells that you would expect but so worth it as we got to mingle with geese, checks, goats, cows and of course the amazing Alpacas! We loved our stay and would highly recommend!"

Lake Tullock is surrounded by private property except for a pay spot at the south end of the lake, about a 45 minute drive from this house. There was no mention of this on the listing. There was suppose to be a guest pass to a near by beach club but they would not let us in because of some confusion over whether the one registered with HOA of not. Very disappointing. "So clean and comfortable, has the amenities of a much more expensive hotel, beautiful lobby. We had a studio w king bed, desk, sectional, and large clean bathroom for the same price as small dirty rooms in San Jose or Oakland.
