The condo has two bedrooms, each with a king size bed. The main floor bedroom has direct access to the main floor bathroom, with jetted tub/shower combo. This bathroom has hall access for guests. Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack or 4 K-cups depending on the property. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.

Snow Plowing / shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay clean. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made.
