Experience one of the original Estes Park Cabins and enjoy the convenience of walking 1 block and being in the center of all of the action. Historic character, charm and privacy that you wont find in a hotel. The winding Black Canyon Creek and the Knolls Nature Reserve are just 300 feet from the Cabin, across the historic Macgregor Avenue where you can Fly Fish, bicycle or Hike to make your Estes Park vacation experience Perfect. Bond Park is a block away, where you can walk to the Town's ever popular outdoor activities and events, with restaurants and shopping just feet away. There is nothing better than being on vacation in Estes Park and being able to walk to restaurants, shops, wineries, Distilleries, Breweries and the Legendary Laura's for ice cream or fresh Fudge for dessert--no searching forever for premium parking in town!! The historic Stanley Hotel is visible from the front yard.

When you are done having fun downtown, take the Rocky Mountain National Park Shuttle (seasonal-check dates) to your favorite trail-head for an unforgettable experience hiking in one of the most amazing creations in the world. At the end of the day, come back to the Cabin and enjoy our BBQ on your own private porch, or cook in the fully appointed kitchen for those cooks out there.

Christmas Get Away
Me and my wife came for weekend trip before Christmas, the town was awesome and full of Christmas spirit. The Rockies were beautiful and just the right amount of snow to experience it. Saw plenty of wildlife as well. The cabin was perfectly located and just the right size for two! We wished the hot tub had a little more privacy, but a nice amenity to the stay. And the pricing was a great value!

Location was amazing! Definitely walking distance to downtown and a short drive to RMNP. Kitchen was stocked nicely with dishes/ utensils. Hot tub was a nice bonus… bummer only one area with working/powerful jets. Loveseat is very worn out cushions/ not comfortable to sit on. Bedroom ceiling light did not work. Biggest negative was the worn out carpet from the hard surfaces transition to the carpets…. The spiky part of the metal threshold on the carpet side would stab your bare feet when walking around without shoes on. Careful when walking on the main exit of the deck… boards needing to be replaced… very soft boards. I did not notify the owner of any of these concerns bc I felt most could not be fixed in our long weekend stay.

Long Weekend in Estes Park
This was our first visit to Colorado celebrating our anniversary. The cottage is as advertised, clean and small. But its proximity to everything Estes Park was fantastic. Our first morning when I went outside on the patio I was greeted by an elk maybe 15 feet away munching on some plants, and the rest of the harem all nearby. I highly recommend this cottage.

PROPERTY NOT AS REPRESENTED
Either the property owner is refusing to give the property manager money to maintain the property, or the manager needs to be fired. Tall, coarse weeds (up to 3 feet tall) growing all over the property, both front and back yards, junk in the back yard. Totally worn out sofa. Have to walk out front door in sight of 7 very nearby houses to get to hot tub. Be happy to furnish pictures.

Pros: Cannot be better if you want to stay in town and enjoy walking about! Hot water excellent. Ditto water pressure. Generous fridge. Kitchen equipment adequate. Cons: sofa so worn as to be difficult to sit on, light bulbs missing, wires everywhere, trash not emptied from previous guests, which suggests hot tub might not be clean enough. General maintenance and repair needs attention.

Pre trip communication was great! Checkin was smooth and the cabin was clean and well appointed. The location is perfect to walk to the Main Street for shopping and eating. Close to park entrance. The hot tub was clean and ready for occupancy and was checked during our stay for chems. It was a really nice week for us. Would rent again!

It was smaller than anticipated. Show curtain dirty. Only 3 wash clothes for 2 adults staying 4 nights. Uncomfortable worn out loveseat was only seating besides kitchen table with wood chairs Nice outdoor clean hot tub. Clean kitchen. Very hot inside. Hard to cool down at night and sleep so left after 2 nights because it was so uncomfortable. Price seemed inflated for the experience

Perfect small cabin experience.
This is such a nice cabin/house in an excellent location. It is small with two adults and a child filling it up completely. Only minor issue we had was that the access instructions were not in the App and had to go get online access to get to the email with the instructions. I highly recommend this vacation rental house! Spent 4 nights here. Almost daily an elk would walk right by the cabin. The hot tub felt great after days of hiking in RMNP. There is a lot to do in the area. The host responded quickly and got a minor issue handled right away.
