The property is a beach front house uniquely located in the New Golden Mile in Estepona. It is a two floor house with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room for 10, TV room, south facing balcony, private parking and private rear garden with a barbecue and unique sea views. Provided with air-conditioning and central heating. The property is one of the seven large uniquely situated front line houses on a small condominium. It is one of the most exclusive in the area in terms of features and location. It has 26000sq metres of landscaped gardens, 3 swimming pools (1 exclusive for children), tennis court, small football goals and 24hours on site security. In less than 15 minutes drive away you will find golf, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, a sports center, a zoo, cinemas, shopping areas, supermarkets and restaurants.

Great for families with kids

The house is very comfortable and on a beautiful location. That are good appliances and kitchen equipment, although the knives need to be sharpened. Apart from that, everything is great. The quality of the water in the pool is very nice and my daughter loved the children´s pool. Ana also had available some pool toys. The hosts were always available to us and helpful.

Wunderschönes Haus mit kleinen Mängeln

Wir waren in Carlos Haus Nr. 5 in der Anlage Velerin. Diese wunderbar grüne und sehr gepflegte Anlage liegt direkt am Meer, ist komplett umzäunt und bewacht. Für alle Mieter/Bewohner gibt es einen großen Gemeinschaftspool und einen Tennisplatz. Haus Nr. 5 liegt in der ersten Reihe mit Blick auf´s Meer, nur ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist ein kleines Strandrestaurant mit guter Küche. Das Haus selbst hat alles, was man braucht. Die Küche unten ist relativ neu (bis auf den Kühlschrank), hat eine Durchreiche zu einem sehr großen Zimmer mit Esstisch und zwei Couchgarnituren. Im Obergeschoss sind drei Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Jetzt zu den Mängeln: Einige Dinge sind einfach in die Jahre gekommen: So ist eine Sofagarnitur komplett durchgesessen, die Bäder waren zwar sauber, aber viele Fugen sehr unansehnlich und zum Teil schimmelig. Uns hat es trotzdem sehr gut gefallen.

Fantastic place. Amazing break

What an amazing weeks holiday from.start to finsh the villa and complex gave is everthing we wanted. Location - perfect for us, felt quite private but 10 mins by taxi to estepona and if your feeling energetic an hours walk to the beginning of town. However, its along one of the most picturesque boardwalks you will find. Also blessed with a great beach bar and restaurant within a 100m of the villa (just down the villa garden, out the back gate , turn left and you are there, really reasonable prices too. Villa- really clean and extremely well equipped, great spanish feel, the master bedroom balcony is a stand out. Huge, with amazing view of the sea whilst listening to the waves crashing on the beach , simply amazing anytime of day. We had a family of 6 and did not feel cramped at all , 4 showers was very well recieved by all. Downstairs living was soacious with plenty of seating for all inside and out(maybe one more sunlounger would be nice carlos) , kitchen and washing room great, the ice machine from the fridge freezer was a saviour. Host - Great , allowed to check in when we arrived 2hrs early so saved finding something to do after a long travel day, couldn't fault communication, really nice guy Grounds - beautiful and tranquil next to the sea, cant believe you are just off the main raod yet hear nothing. Pools need to be seen to be believed , on Google maps but they were twice the size in real life. Small pool about 10ft deep, amazing Verdict 10/10 hope to be back

A wonderful Easter holiday escape

We had a fantastic 10 days at this beautiful house. The views and garden area were sensational, the local beach bar for perfect for drinks/lunches/dinners and Carlos was a great host who was willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was just how we wanted. Our two young daughters loved the beach on our doorstep and we would thoroughly recommend this house to other young families. Unfortunately the pools weren’t all open at the time of our visit due to refurb/the drought restrictions but we hope to return another time to get full use of them!

Mixed feelings

We stayed with 4 persons almost 3 weeks in this apartment in a gated compound. Gardens are fine, tennis court and swimming pool plus beautiful sea view. (Pool was closed for renovation). The interior could do with some upgrading / resupplying plus some over due maintenance. Apartment can have 6 persons and bed- and bathrooms are ok. If you're a beer drinker glasses enough, but eg for wine and coffee its another story. All in all some pluses and minuses. Along the beach some beach bars/restaurants within walking distance. In the vicinity enough to do.

Das Haus ist geraeumig und entspricht der Beschreibung. Es ist mit dem Garten in einem bewachten Areal. Vom Garten fuehrt eine elektronisch gesicherte Tuer nach ein paar Stufen - cca. wie eine Etage - zum Strand und der Strandpromenade auf der auch mal ein Fahrrad faehrt. Alles sehr ruhig. In der Naehe ist ein Strand-Bistro, dass auch im Winter geoeffnet ist. Mit dem Auto faehrt man durch eine elektronisch geoeffnete Pforte bis direkt vor das Haus und hat dort seine Parkmoegkichkeit. Man steigt praktisch aus dem Auto um ins Haus. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert und im Winter mit der Klimaanlage beheizbar. Die Betten sind komfortabel.

A place to feed your soul

The villa was gorgeous, rooms huge, lots of amenities such as the washing machine & washing powder, washing up liquid etc. The constant sound of the waves was just what you needed to relax & unwind. The views sat in the garden & from the large terraces were so sublime and access to the beach was just a couple of steps away. The mature gardens meant you had lots of privacy and the location of the villa just outside Estepona meant lots of restaurants weren't far away. You would need a car or bikes to get to them. The swimming pool was not busy & there were tennis courts which would have been nice to use but, we didn't have any rackets. This villa has lots of communal areas perfect for families & a garden BBQ. We would heartly recommended this villa.

Paradise in Andalucia

Wunderschöne Lokation direkt am Meer. Das Objekt liegt in einer traumhaften Gartenanlage . Der Strand vor der Anlage ist fast menschenleer. In der Nähe des Objektes sind zwei Restaurants direkt am Strand. Carlos ist ein liebenswerter Gastgeber. Wir werden wiederkommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wonderful Stay, Highly Recommend

We had a lovely stay here in late May/early June. The property is perfectly located right on the beach, with three beautiful pools. We practically had the entire complex to ourselves for most of the week. Recommend having a car to get around. Local restaurant on the beach is great and is a 2 minute walk along the beach. Would definately stay here again.

Relaxing and Spacious

A spacious and relaxing space with a great view. We enjoyed being able to cook and spend time together as a family. Carlos had wonderful accommodations for our 2 year old as well, such as a pack n play and high chair. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Comfort and sea view

The house is very comfortable, actually bigger than I was thinking. The view of sea is stunning, waking up the morning with this view is priceless. The beach, is just a few steps from the terrace. The property has a beautiful garden, with a great pool and a tennis court. A car is needed. Carlos let us kindly stay later than the usual check out time on the day of our departure. I would not hesitate to pick Carlos’ house again if I am back to this area.

Alles super und direkt am Meer!

Im Haus ist alles, was man so braucht (auch jede Menge Handtücher), in der Küche fehlt nichts (Waschmaschine, Trockner, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Pürierstab, Mixer etc) und man hat jede Menge Platz und eine traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer! Es ist sehr geeignet für kleine Kinder (und auch Babys), da man in 1 Minute am Meer oder am Pool ist. Das Haus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Marbella, Ronda etc, es liegt direkt an der A7 (man hört aber im Haus nur das Meer und nicht die Autos :-)

Beautiful spot.

Absolut schöner Urlaub

Wir waren 2021 in den Herbstferien für 10 Tage mit 5 Personen im Haus. Das Haus, die Lage, direkter Zugang zum Strand, Pool, Tennisplatz - alles passend. In der Region gibt es viele attraktive Orte und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Einzig das WLAN könnte verbessert werden. Ein rundum gelungener erholsamer Urlaub.

Estepona gem

Lovely property exactly as described and in good condition. The hosts couldn't have made us feel more comfortable and welcomed. Had fantastic bike rides along the beach and in the hills, the pool and tennis court were great and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from in Estepona and Marbella. The beach is a bit pebbly but you can easily find spots far from any crowd. Would definitely return.

Perfekter Urlaub - wir kommen wieder

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 1 Kind 4 Jahre alt und 1 Baby) hatten ein traumhaft schönen Urlaub!!! Die Lage vom Haus mit einem unbeschreiblichen Blick auf das Meer ist einfach nur perfekt. Das Meeresrauschen ist total beruhigend und man kann wirklich entspannen und das Leben genießen. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, sehr schön begrünt. Wir hatten in 3 Wochen bis auf 2 Tage nur Sonnenschein und konnten durch die Markisen trotzdem jede Mahlzeit auf der Terrasse genießen. Die Schlafzimmer sind sauber und jedes hat ein eigenes Bad. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und das offene Wohn- und Esszimmer sehr niveauvoll eingerichtet. Die Anlage ist komplett überwacht und auch der Zugang zum Strand verschlossen. Dadurch konnte sich unsere erster Sohn frei in der Anlage bewegen. Der Zugang zum Strand mit einem Zahlenschloß gesichert. Auch die Poolanlage auf der anderen Seite vom Haus ist sehr schön. Vielen Dank nochmal an Ana und Carlos für die liebevolle Betreuung!! Sie waren immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit!! Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen. Wir reisen schon ein paar Jahre nach Andalusien, aber so etwas besonderes hatten wir noch nie. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!! Sebastian & Familie
