Bordered by a partially sheltered terrace of over 40 square meters with lounge and table 8 seats, the villa offers unique sea views. On the other side of the property, the garden is a green 1300m2. It consists of a swimming pool (9x4m), outdoor kitchen (sink and BBQ), outdoor beds, pergola with lounge ...

The property was very authentic, with a charming touch of modernity. The views and location are simply ideal! The pool is magnificent, and the setting is perfectā€”peaceful and tranquil, yet just a short drive from top tourist destinations.The host was incredibly accommodating, with staff available whenever we needed assistance. Truly the best experience Iā€™ve had with a host. Enjoying morning coffee while overlooking the Mediterranean Sea felt like a dream!There were a few minor drawbacksā€”not deal-breakers, but worth noting. The dĆ©cor and accommodations were not as luxurious or modern as weā€™re used to for the price. The Wi-Fi was almost non-existent (though we appreciated the digital detox), so make sure to have a strong mobile plan. We also had an issue with insects, requiring frequent use of bug spray and traps (which the host kindly provided). Still, it wasnā€™t ideal to wake up to a number of dead insects each day.All in all, I truly enjoyed the calm and serene atmosphere of the property and will carry wonderful memories of my stay!

Amazing property!

My husband and our two teens had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. It was spotless and well taken care of. The view from the front is breathtaking, and we especially enjoyed the pool. There are lots of dining options close, as well as groceries. The caretaker was very flexible and responsive. Weā€™d love to come back!

Great wee spot

This property is excellent. The outside areas are very well kept and the garden is very large. My family enjoyed playing football and many other games available at the property. The sea views are spectacular, we enjoyed many breakfasts at the front of the villa. We enjoyed dinner at a beach front restaurant just 15 minutes walk away. The owner was kind enough to let us stay on in the villa on our last day as our flight was a late one. We were here for a week to attend a family wedding and this property was perfect.

Phantastisch aber laut

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das haus ist schƶn und gerƤumig, die Lage zum Meer prima, der Ausblick von der Terrasse sehr schƶn. Einziger Nachteil ist der AutolƤrm im Garten, den wir dann selten genutzt haben.

Great stay in a beautiful house

We enjoyed our stay in Francks house, amenities are very good and the view over the sea is just incredible. We spent a month with kids and grandparents. BBQ worked well, enough space on the yard to play, and front terrace for sunny breakfast moments. The layout of the house is is not that obvious from the pics, the narrow model provides a view to both directions from the kithen and living room which was also a great feature. Direct access to the beach from the back yard, a bit of a challenge because of the steps and narrow spot with pram or with a bike but can be done. The proximity of A7 is obvious but anyone who has used to city sounds wont get bothered about it. Overall a great stay and gorgeous house! about it.

Cette maison est trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©e, fonctionnelle et amĆ©nagĆ©e avec goĆ»t. La piscine et le jardin sont parfaits et lā€™entretien aussi. Lā€™emplacement permet un petit bain de mer Ć  30 mĆØtres sur une petite plage de sable foncĆ© non amĆ©nagĆ©e et donc presque privĆ©e! Le seul bĆ©mol est lā€™emplacement en contre bas de la quatre voie mais le confort de la maison minimise les nuisances sonores

Schƶnes Haus in toller Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt fast direkt am Strand. Ɯber einen kleinen Weg gelangt man zum Strand, den wir bei unserem Aufenthalt fast durchgƤngig fĆ¼r uns allein hatten. Der Strand ist natĆ¼rlich, d.h., dass es dort groƟe Steine gibt und ein kleines StĆ¼ck Sand; LiegestĆ¼hle und Schirme muss man selbst mitbringen, wenn dies gewĆ¼nscht ist. Das Haus selbst ist schƶn groƟ und sauber. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer (zwei davon jeweils mit Doppelbett und eins mit Einzelbett), zwei BƤder; eins mit Dusche und eins mit Badewanne, in der man duschen kann. Wir haben uns im Haus wohlgefĆ¼hlt, da alles schƶn eingerichtet und sauber war. Auch der AuƟenbereich mit Pool war sauber und gepflegt. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es, da einige Dinge bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Auch wƤre es toll, wenn alle Schlafzimmer mindestens ein Fenster mit Fliegennetz hƤtten, damit man abends und nachts durchlĆ¼ften kann, ohne dass MĆ¼cken oder andere Insekten hereinfliegen. Zudem sollte man keine Lebensmittel offen herumliegen lassen, da man dann schnell Ameisen auf der KĆ¼chenanrichte hat. Insgesamt wĆ¼rde ich das Ferienhaus definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Super oceanview but busy road very close

The house is clean and nicely decorated. Communication with owner and caretaker also good. However the 4 lane A7 national road is directly bordered next to the garden and pool, the terrace and bbq place. For us, the extreme noise from trucks and motors spoiled the attempts to relax at the pool and our bbq dinner. We left therefor 3 days early. Franck was ok with that and returned the payment for the missing days. If you however donā€™t mind the noise, the place is perfect.

Lovely house and gardens with a fantastic location! Franck the owner is very helpful and accommodating to any requests and the property manager Norman goes above and beyond to assist with anything!! The villa is equipped with everything you need for a fab stay! :)

A top villa stay

Wonderful stay in a very comfortable spacious clean villa. Fantastic outdoor space with a lovely large pool, garden and covered seating area. The terrace at the front of the house was our favourite breakfast area with the sea view. The beach is only a few yards from the house as well as the coastal path for walks. We would not hesitate to return, hopefully sooner than later.

Lovely home

Our family had a beautiful vacation in this home overlooking the Mediterranean. We took some day trips to some of Spains great historic cities. We took morning walks by the beach which were special. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics and plus some. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms, Immaculate, and modern. This is a gem of a place for family vacation.

Family summer get together

We had a really wonderful stay at the villa. It was well apoointed and the layout suited an adult family very well with separate bedroom zones at either end of the main living space. The various outside seating areas were wonderful to take in the sun and shade of summer days and evenings The villa is next to a very busy road and when we arrived it seemed quite noisey. As we settled in the beauty of the sea views to the front and the comfort level of the pool area at the rear near the road meant we forgot all about it. Evening walks via the gate from the property to the beach promenade were an utter joy as the sun set. We enjoyed a final meal on the last night at a nearby restaurant about 15 minutes walk along the coastal path. Estepona is lovely and a 15 minute taxi ride. We had some lovely evening meals and shopping there simply soaking up the summer vibe. A day trip to nearly Gibraltar was interesting and just a 40 minute car ride. We had a fabulous time at this wonderful villa and would definitely recommend

Relaxing break in a lovely clean villa

The villa was wonderful with everything you need for a relaxing break. A real home from home and spotlessly clean. I fully recommend getting up early enough to see the sunrise over the mountains across the bay. Norman and his family were really helpful and showed us how everything worked. The pool was fabulous and got the sun all day which made it a great temperature to jump into all day long. Franck the owners was great to communicate with and if you are looking for your next villa this is the one.

An experience in Spain

An excellent price and property. We rented in the off season which was still much warmer than home. The property was as advertised and central to the Costa del Sol. It provided a base to explore Spain as well as Morocco, Portugal and Gibraltar.

Aangenaam verblijf met prachtig uitzicht

Ruim en licht huis, geweldig uitzicht over de zee, goed geoutilleerde keuken, buiten-barbecue en open haard, eigen opgangetje naar het strand vanwaar je mooi kunt wandelen en fietsen, golfbanen in de buurt -vlak langs de provinciale weg, in het huis hoor je daar niets van maar in de tuin bij het zwembad wel. Je moet vanuit Estepona altijd omrijden via de rotonde van Casares om ā€œthuisā€ te komen, een apart toilet wordt gemist Wij waren er in januari: te koud om in het zwembad of in de zee te zwemmen maar we hebben wel genoten van heel veel zonnige dagen.

Celebrating special birthday with close friend's

The villa was amazing Very clean ,it has everything need making it a home from home. The outside area, with the built in BBQ and amazing seated area was where we spent the majority of our time. You can sit outside at the front of the villa with a cuppa watching the sunrise over the sea and then spend all afternoon and early evening by the pool at the rear of the property. Luckily we decided to rent a car.... without this we would have been a bit stuck !! The villa is located on the sea side of the very busy A7 a dual carriageway with very few pedestrian crossing places therefore just to get to the nearest supermarket which was on the other side of the road we had to take the car. The ports of Estepona and Peurto Banus are only 20-30 mins up the road and well worth a visit. Norman the villa manager was brilliant. He allowed us to access the villa before the stated 6.0pm. He met us on arrival showing us round and was at the end of the phone if needed. A point to note was that the steps at the front of the villa are very steep and would be a problem with anyone that had mobility issues. Overall a lovely villa at a reasonable price to rent. I would definitely recommend and would be happy to rent again. Tracey & friends

Nice villa, no a/c in bedrooms, noisy near the dual carriageway

The villa is very nice with outdoor seating around the pool and easy access to the beach. The villa backs on to the motorway so outside behind the villa in the pool area is very noisy. The front porch area is pleasant and you can hear the waves and see the sea.
