"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. "We used this beautiful upper story flat as a staging place for day trips around French Switzerland. Very centralized location for us. The double patio doors open to an incredible view of the landscape and Lake Geneva. Located in an upscale Lausanne neighborhood, we found it easy to get out of town for our travels. "The apartment was very comfortable. All bedrooms had blackout shutters, which was very nice. Lovely balcony with a pretty view of the towns rooftops and the water in the distance. We had a car so we didn’t use the bus system too much but there is a stop literally right outside the building that will take you all over the city. And the host provides guests with passes that gives access to the bus. Very convenient. The town is very pretty, and has lots of interesting places to se. We enjoyed our...
