"The property had a great pool/spa area, pickle ball courts, and the beach was private and very relaxing. Our condo needed some tlc and more supplies in order to cook. The condo we stayed in had a nice little balcony with a small glimpse of the ocean the only downside was the constant loud noise coming from the adjacent property that was non-stop. Overall, it was a very relaxing and private getaway that was needed for a couples retreat."

"The view is spectacular! The ground floor apartment is directly at the oceans edge with a large patio. That being said, there are no lounge chairs and the furniture that they do have is not ocean worthy. They need to upgrade. The apartment itself is good enough as a base but should be scrubbed clean. Pots and pans dirty, shower in spare bathroom was rusting, etc. We needed the electrician, and he came in a day to fix the Stove/Oven. So, two thumbs up for communication. There was no mold smell as...

"Great condo, new and comfortable. The pool was clean and nice to relax by. We walked to Cane Bat beach every day, the Landing's restaurant was a daily stop. With a rental car, the whole island is easy to get too within 25 min to anywhere you would want to drive. We will be back"

"Villa Santa Cruz was absolutely wonderful. The online listing does not do it justice - the house is much more majestic; the ceilings are soaring, the kitchen is quite large, and the house setting itself is perfect. There were activities for all of us, and the house was well equipped for snorkeling, swimming, drinking rum, grilling, playing billiards, and impossibly fun jigsaw puzzles. Everyone wants to return next year! A memorable vacation for all of us!"

"The location of the condo was good and since we had a car, we got to see many parts of the island. cleanliness could have been better. Large windows on lagoon were hard to open, had no screens and condo air felt closed in even with fans. Pool and grounds were clean and people friendly. Bathrooms & kitchen were recently renovated and ok. We enjoyed our stay but the general feeling was a bit run down. Owner was available by phone when we had a problem and staff helped out with the issue. "

It is just not close to the things in the listing. It’s About 1.8 miles to the Boardwalk. But that’s fine as long as you have access to a car."

"This was a perfect location that had a beyond stunning view. We were able to get around the island easily with a rental car (highly recommend). Hosts were responsive and gave lots of valuable info before the stay. The beach in front of the condo was lovely. We were always able to get the temperature comfortable and had everything we needed in the condo. "

The house was fully stocked and the owners were easily the best we have ever worked with. Jared gave us so many tips before and during the trip, set up a Christmas tree for our family, and even took some family pictures with amazing views in the background. " This large apartment has everything you will need, but the best part is waking up to that view every morning! The host Jin acted as our personal tour guide for a couple of snorkel trips (bring your own equipment), and a picnic, where he provided his home-made sushi. Photos of the place are accurate. Not everything is shiny and new, but it's typical of island living, and comfortable. Open all the many windows to enjoy the island breezes, and savor the view. "

"We were delayed due to weather and they were great to communicate/work with. We ended up only staying one of our 3 booked days and wish we could have stayed longer. It was quiet and a great location for what we planned to do."
