"Great owner who communicated well. The Caretaker Austin met us at the airport, led us to the grocery, and then to the house. He explained everything we needed to know about the house and answered all our questions. His wife provided our first meal and we used her services for another dinner. We had one issue that was no one's fault. We came back to the house one evening and there was no running water, Austin came right over and despite being there for over an hour could not get the water...

"The house was nice and had a great view. The property manager was very helpful with all of our questions. The downstairs apartment area was small but nice. If you are scared of spiders/bugs they seemed to be all over in the apartment. But that isn't something they could control. The house is right wooded area. The upstairs is a nice setup for a bigger group. "

"The condo was perfect, we had 3 king beds, 3 bathrooms, perfect for couples with no kids. We all had our privacy. It was nice staying in a place that provided simple things like laundry soap, dryer sheets, diswasher soap etc. Host was very accommodating with any minor issues. Location was great, safe, and gorgeous beach, check in and out was a breeze. There is a bar and food at the beach as well. I would definitely come back to this property in the future!"
