"The property had a great pool/spa area, pickle ball courts, and the beach was private and very relaxing. Our condo needed some tlc and more supplies in order to cook. The condo we stayed in had a nice little balcony with a small glimpse of the ocean the only downside was the constant loud noise coming from the adjacent property that was non-stop. Overall, it was a very relaxing and private getaway that was needed for a couples retreat."

"The view is spectacular! The ground floor apartment is directly at the oceans edge with a large patio. That being said, there are no lounge chairs and the furniture that they do have is not ocean worthy. They need to upgrade. The apartment itself is good enough as a base but should be scrubbed clean. Pots and pans dirty, shower in spare bathroom was rusting, etc. We needed the electrician, and he came in a day to fix the Stove/Oven. So, two thumbs up for communication. There was no mold smell as...

"Great condo, new and comfortable. The pool was clean and nice to relax by. We walked to Cane Bat beach every day, the Landing's restaurant was a daily stop. With a rental car, the whole island is easy to get too within 25 min to anywhere you would want to drive. We will be back"

"Listing is JUST AS ADVERTISED, and then-some, too. Y'all, its RIGHT ON the beach. Not next row, not across the road, not down a flight of stairs, walk out the back, down the stoop-steps, take 3 more steps, and BOOM. Owners were available quickly with some answers to questions. Play-toys were here; snorkel and mask, noodles, a float-ring, tennis rackets, a cooler, etc. TV worked well; Roku-controls. Bed Comfy; slept super vacay-long! Kitchen is well-stocked. StX isn't big big, but Sugar...

We came back to the house one evening and there was no running water, Austin came right over and despite being there for over an hour could not get the water...

Hosts were responsive and gave lots of valuable info before the stay. The beach in front of the condo was lovely. "This is a lovely resort. It is rustic but that adds to its charm. The staff are friendly, the room is huge, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom/shower is somewhat modern. The beach is stunning and although there are a lot of guests, the resort is large enough that it doesn’t feel crowded. I don’t understand the nasty reviews I’ve read. This isn’t the Four Seasons. The attitude of some reviewers is embarrassing. "

"This resort was great for the most part. Good value for sure! Beds were hard to sleep on, even bruised my hip. Hot tub was not even warm. Food was good, not particularly great. We did have a good time here. And would go back. Drinks were amazing! Definitely rent a car. "
