"Rental management is disorganized and confusing. The property has multiple rental management groups which are not connected and do not communicate with each other. Front desk staff is not helpful at all and after 5pm has no authority to help customers with accommodation requests or issues… prices are extremely high for the poor service provided by the staff "

"It was a excellent stay. The property management office is a great team. Their follow up calls and e-mails made sure my first trip to Colorado was safe and a success. The Avon is a great stay everything is soooo convenient and in walking distance. The villa is well kept and spacious with wonderful views. Check out should be later!! All in all 5 stars!! "My friends and I rented this amazing property for 5 days of skiing and absolutely loved it.Joy, the host, was very accommodating. She contacted me well ahead of time with necessary instructions and allowed us to check in early.The property was extremely clean and well appointed. The mattresses, pillows, and linens were very comfortable. The showers were hot and powerful. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. And the DVD selection was surprisingly killer.We will surely stay here...

"Everything was great. Weirdly there's no dining room but other than that the unit was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was great. I'd highly recommend them to anyone just be sure to speak to them they have multiple units and you may not get the one in the images."

"The unit was perfect for 3 of us. It had everything we needed. The skier express shuttle was about 50 yards from where we exited the building so that was wonderful. It leaves every 15 minutes . The City Market was a 200 yard walk away which was very convenient. We ordered take out from a couple of places and could walk to pick it up. The unit was very clean when we arrived. It worked well for 3 adults. The property owner was very responsive and informative. "

"Stayed here with my teenage son. Unit is like the hotel rooms at a significant discount. Unit is clean and well stocked. Overall Beaver Creek Lodge could use an update, but great location near the lifts. Not ski/in ski/out but 2 minute walk to escalators to ski valet and easy walk into town. "We very much appreciated being able to bring our furry family members. Thank you!Good location between Beaver Creek and Vail. We had cars so it was fine not being convenient to any shuttle stops. It’s in a neighborhood so it was quiet and pleasant. Typical mountain condo otherwise. We had many meals in the condo (Christmas week) and it was well equipped for that. The place definitely has a lot of wear and tear on it and could use a refresh. Worked fine for us. Thanks!"

Highlights of facility - outdoor hot tubs (3), hot chocolate station on the weekend, complimentary ski/board valet. Very easy to come off the mountain for lunch and then back out. "It was clean, nice, the amenities were great, access to the gondola and ski valet made it so easy! It way cheaper than getting a hotel room for a night through the Westin ! I was a little bummed when I got there to hear that there was a 60 a day resort fee as well as a 75 one time arrival fee. But when I went and looked back at the VRBO listing, it was in there."
