"I don’t usually leave reviews but this hotel was so incredible that I want to! The restaurant, for dinner, was some of the best food I’ve eaten in my life. The owners are so engaged and wonderful. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and with the most amazing shower! Plus, I’m so glad we stayed in Grachen over Zermatt. "This was a lovely hotel. They do most of their business during the skiing months but we went in the summer. The views were amazing and they recommended the lift to the glacier at 10,000 feet. Amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful...especially one young lady that's been there a couple of years (blonde curly hair, sorry can't remember her name).She helped us with reservation choices, bus schedules and even got a a 50% off fair for the lift. "
