Beyond Expectations!

Perfect home for everything
I hosted my wife’s birthday party at this resort style home. From the outdoor kitchen, to the beautiful pool and views, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue. The kitchen is fully stocked and beds were very comfortable. We will definitely recommend this home to our friends and family.

Family and friends gathering to celebrate birthday
Our group really enjoyed the stay during a rainy weekend. The location was ideal and very private with no neighbors close by. There were so many things to do while staying that we did not have to go off the property for entertainment. The outdoor BBQ area with the tv screen was great for our gathering along with the firepit. View was spectacular. Swimming pool and spa makes it feel truly like a resort. Very clean and modern inside and out. Our host, Gabe, was great with communication and responsiveness. He made our stay very memorable.

The BEST property ever!
This place is beyond words! Our Friendsgiving here was a hit—60-70 people during the day, and 25-30 stayed overnight. Despite a bit of a squeeze, the sleeping arrangements worked like a charm. We suggested Welks Resort across the street for the overflow. Parking was surprisingly ample, and though we encouraged carpooling, there was plenty of space. The house turned out to be more spacious than we thought, with room for everyone to enjoy the amenities. The heated pool at night was a highlight—totally worth it, especially between November and December. The host was super responsive and helpful. This house now holds a special place in our hearts, creating memories we'll cherish. We're already planning to make this our annual Friendsgiving spot!

Amazing property and such a fun experience!
This property is even better than the photos! The backyard is amazing and had so many different amenities! Perfect for a big event! We went with about 50 girls for a sorority retreat and everyone won’t stop talking about how great the place was! The host was very reachable and always checking in to see if we needed anything! Overall, such a fun time!

Incredible and Unforgettable
The house blew us away. So we’ll taken care of, so much provided. Fully loaded kitchen, plenty of extra towels and toiletries. Clean, neat and so comfortable to stay in. Dream house for sure. Backyard is beyond expectations! My husband and I did not want to leave! The host was so easy to work with. Responsive, and so easy going to help accommodate us. We will definitely be coming back here again. I highly recommend booking this home for the longest stay possible. So much to enjoy, you won’t want to leave!

Gorgeous Property
This property is absolutely stunning with the best views! It was so nice to grill out by the pool and relax! So many things to do in the backyard and inside, lots of games! The owner is quick to respond if you have questions and also checks in to make sure you’re doing alright! There’s a golf course super close if you love golfing! Easy drive to Temecula and downtown San Diego! Ubers we’re reasonable and easy to get! But you really don’t even need to leave the property to enjoy your stay! The couch is super cozy for a good movie night or to watch some tv! Plenty of space! Private area with no super close neighbors! Would highly recommend staying here!!! I hope to be back in the future!

The BEST Property
We stayed at this property for our wedding weekend. We hosted 70 people on Friday night for our welcome party and 60 people on Sunday for the poolside brunch. The home is incredible and a perfect party house. Multiple refrigerators/freezers, a wet bar. The yard and view are insane, so much seating and areas for everyone to congregate. It looks just like the photos. The house was beautiful and clean, super comfy beds. We felt right at home and our guests were WOWED. Gabe was super rad, helpful and communicative. The location is just far enough outside the main area that you can party all night, but civilization is about 10-15 minutes away. All our guests stayed across the street at the Welk resort which was less than 5 mins away. If it was so sale, I would buy this house in a heartbeat - a total dream! Highly and we will definitely be back

Large Group Oasis
The property is perfect for a bachelor or bachelorette party, and has one of the best outdoor setups of the vacation rentals I have seen. The host is communicative, up front about costs, and friendly. We had 19 people, and it was more than enough room.

Wonderful stay, will be back
Absolutely gorgeous estate. The outdoor amenities are the true star of this property. Beautiful pool area with an amazing poolside bar/grill. All the amenities were easy to use and everything in the house was easy to find and operate as well. The pool was pretty cold, but we were there on an unseasonably cold day so that could be the reason. All in all a great experience, we’re considering coming back for our wedding!

This home has it all!
This property is beautiful with so many things to do with golf, farmer’s market, and the beach close by. The home has so much to do that you don’t even need to leave. There is pool, air hockey, ping pong, lots of tvs. I recommend paying for the pool to be heated for night time swimming. The only regret I have is not doing a final head count before the cancellation date passed. We ended up paying extra person fees for people who did not attend. Also, for families with kiddos, it should be noted that the pool area is not gated. Overall, we had a great time.

PERFECT House for Groups!
I can’t even describe how amazing this property is for any sort of weekend getaway or celebration! I came with a group of friends for a birthday weekend and we had the best time. The place was even better than the pictures. There are so many hang out areas around the house with an amazing view, heated pool and jacuzzi. I would return here in a heartbeat. Communication was easy with Gabe with no issues.

Very disappointing!
Everything went well until I arrived! The house is beautiful but I was most excited about the backyard. I paid to have the spa heated the 5 days I was there, I spent 4 1/2 days with the owners pool man trying to get this pool, spa, waterfalls etc. to work. I had guest coming from all over the country to enjoy this beautiful backyard however I had workman in and out of the house for days. We wanted to at least use the pool and another pool person came to clean the pool in the middle of the Saturday and put in chemicals so we then couldn’t use the pool!!! I’ve asked for a refund on the heating of the spa and was told I would receive it however as of today I haven’t gotten it!!!! Really ruined my birthday/family reunion party!!! Spent way too much money to have these results!!!!

Golf Outing Group 20th Year
We wanted a spot for our 20th annual golf group that everyone could enjoy. This place is amazing. It's exactly how the photos represent it. It's got tremendous privacy and tremendous views. We cooked every night, and enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi each evening. Check-in was the easiest it could be, and as we have a half dozen architects in our group - even they were impressed with such a great house. Thank you!!!

You Won't Want to Leave the Property!
This house is the ideal getaway for groups of adults and for families. The house is very spacious and well equipped. The outside living area is expansive offering plenty of play, lounging, dining and cocktail space. The infinity pool and jacuzzi are spectacular with a gorgeous view. There are plenty of games (for example, foosball, air hockey, putting green, ping pong...) and distractions for all ages. We felt like we were in wonderland and left only to go to the grocery store. We highly recommend a visit!

50th with Friends!
The weather was beautiful! Plenty to do at the home and the house was stocked with everything that we needed to cook in. Would definitely stay again! We had a slight bee problem by the pool but other than that it was perfect!
