"We had an absolute BLAST at this house!!!! Honestly, the pictures did not do it justice. The beautiful views around, waking up to morning fog, the amount of sprawling space across all 4 properties. I can’t say enough great things. It was so clean and had everything we needed. We WILL be back!"

"We enjoyed our stay with a large gathering of friends and their families. The house was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and sauna, as well the outdoor firepit and fishing in the pond. We also enjoyed the proximity to hiking and river rafting (which was kid-friendly). After the kids went to bed, the large dining area/ sun room provided a great space to socialize without having to worry about noise disturbing those who were sleeping. "What a perfect weekend get away for a family wedding in Carbondale at St. Rose of Lima Church and then reception at Birchtown Wedding and Evenings, which as less than 3 miles from the house! Communication was easy and he even let us know of an issue with the dishwasher beforehand, offering up free fire wood for the inconvenience! Overall an excellent 4 days"

I travelled that far and my stay was cancelled why? This has really turned me off to VRBO..I guess your company has poor communications..they said they called me, checked my call log no unknown phone calls, no messages.I messaged owner the morning of my stay for the key code for property..no answer until 2:05 pm that afternoon in a email...

"This is a neat little cozy spot near the Delaware Water Gap. My friends and I had a great time enjoying the quiet and the beautiful nature that surrounds the house. There is reliable wifi and decent cell service, and there were plenty of people around so we still felt safe. We were not accustomed to certain practices however, so be prepared. In order to access the lake, you need to have amenity badges, which was not clear to us until after we arrived (we booked understanding that amenity badges...

"We checked in on Friday and checked out on Monday everything was clean and ready for us we swam in the pond, did a bunch of fishing (bass were biting before dark every night) we hiked to the little water fall on the property, and celebrated my daughters 13th birthday with family, had a big sea food boil enough to feed an army and made enough memories to last a life time! "Wonderful property that was perfect for my husband and I to get away, unplug and relax. Everything that we needed was provided, and we loved just sitting on the porch and watching the wildlife. Excellent proximity to the Bethel Woods Arts Center - we attended a concert there and went to the Woodstock museum (highly recommend the Behind the Scenes tour!). We would absolutely stay here again when back in the area!"
