"This home was perfect for our 4-generation group! It was roomy and had a large driveway/parking area for our trucks and trailers. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and the kitchen was nice and large so we weren't tripping over ourselves. We even spent a little time lounging around the "campfire" (even though we didn't light a fire) and the kids did a little fishing. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful home away from home!"

"The cabin is exactly as described on VRBO. We had a little difficulty with the lockbox (probably because both my husband and I have arthritis in our hands). The lake is beautiful and peaceful. "Great location! Close to St Ignas and other local attractions. Cabin is nice and private. There are neighbors close but didn't even notice they were there. Bonus one of the few places that allow pets including dogs. Nice cabin with a big firepit (one nights worth of firewood provided) could have been a little cleaner. Grill was not in working order.Also no matches or basic spices. Town was so close it wasnt an issue. "

"This property is such a gem! We've stayed in many cabins similar to Carrie's before and this blew the others out of the water! Rustic but modern enough to where you felt at home. "We had such an amazing stay at cabin 1. We both slept great on a very comfortable bed. Location is ideal for short day trips. We checked out whitefish point and Tahquamenon falls in the day and finish the night with a great bonfire right on the lake. Made sure to take advantage of both early sunrises over a nice cup of coffee. Carrie is very accommodating and Great suggestions that we took Paul for breakfast on our way out. "The motel was perfect! Quiet, beautiful view of the lake and comfortable beds. The man who checked us in on our first night was warm and welcoming. The next morning, however, a woman rudely reprimanded me for accidentally and unknowingly dropping some crumbs in the main lodge. My apology was met with further rudeness. 5-stars otherwise. "
