"We arrived in the evening even though we had the opportunity for an early check in. The home was exceptionally clean and so comfortable that it felt like I was walking into my own home. Linden was wonderful to work with and even helped me troubleshoot an issue with the tv. (It was an easy fix of unplugging and plugging it back in to reset the tv.) "This town home is as pictured, very cozy and comfortable. The decor is tasteful. The kitchen is well stocked for basic cooking and bathrooms have nice toiletries and adequate supply of towels. All bedrooms are upstairs and may not be conducive for individuals with mobility issues. My 86 yr old mom commented that she wishes there was a stair rail. Otherwise we had an overall lovely stay and I would recommend this property. "

For example, the master bedroom and master bathroom were very large and comfortable plus there was an entire walk in closet that could easily accommodate our one year old in a pack-n-play. "We appreciated Keith was able to accommodate our reservation with 48 hours notice!The pictures are accurate and as others have indicated the owners deserve a 10 rating for cleanliness! They also included some really extra touches such as a couple of toothbrushes in case you forgot yours and some bottled water. Maybe we just caught housekeeping on a bad day, but what kept this from being a 5 star rental for us was when we arrived, the downstairs bathroom didn't have a single washcloth or hand...

"One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the indoor pool. After travelling for 2 days we were really looking forward to using the pool our first night and the next day after breakfast. We went into the pool knee deep. It was so very cold we were numb and unable to use the pool at all. We paid more for this hotel than we would have without a pool! We were very disappointed!"
