Beautiful Ranch Retreat Com Vistas Deslumbrantes

This hillside ranch home is located in Ellis County overlooking 400 acres of rolling ranchland. Just 45 minutes from both Dallas and Ft Worth area, and 2.8 mi. on FM 813, from IH-45 at Palmer, TX, exit 259. Property is fenced and gated, remote gate openers are included for you convenience. Wide driveways and parking areas, just outside front door, includes covered parking. Screened porches with 8 ceiling fans and lots of seating, including gliders and rocking chairs, around three sides of Great Room. Pool just outside. Beautiful views of nature at its best. Birding, admiring the landscape and breathtaking sunsets are just to name a few. Large beautiful pool with hot tub attached. Inside you are welcomed by spacious great room with an oversized rocked fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms off of a wide hall, each with its own full, in suite, bathroom. Professional Workout equipment includes Elliptical Workout Machine and Rowing Machine. Laundry room with washer /dryer, including laundry detergent.
While getting away is the reason you are visiting this Ranch Retreat, Sugar Ridge Winery, small town quaint shops and eateries are located just minutes away from the property. We have nearby by Ennis and Waxahachie, shopping events, and festivals. Check out visitennis.org for more info.

Amazing Hosts who went above and beyond
This was my second time staying at this property and it is absolutely beautiful and just as described in the listing, but I particularly want to praise the hosts for great communication and being incredibly accommodating and helpful even when problems totally outside of their control came up during our stay.

First and Foremost Robin and Theresa are the most amazing host ever. They are speedy and so helpful. The house is so amazing from the views to the comfy beds and amazing stocked and huge kitchen. Tons of hot water for those shower hog too. We are a racing family and come in late and rest of day. This house is just the thing we need. From sitting around the pool and relax and talk about our night before to enjoy the monster tv for playing back videos from the night before. Thank you again for always having us.

Pool + Screened Patio = Perfection
We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was clean and ready for us to jump in soon as we arrived. The house was the same and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities + more. As someone that enjoys cooking, I could tell the owners felt the same. We spent most of our time in the pool or hanging our in the screened patio to escape the Texas sun which was really nice. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone simply looking for some quality R&R. Thanks again to the host for making our weekend stress free and enjoyable!

A Healing Retreat
I stayed here with my mother and son after having back surgery in Plano. Grandma T and Robin were absolutely amazing. The accommodations were spotless. The beds were very comfortable. It was such a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere to heal. Everything was above and beyond expectations. Grandma T even brought over a local pastry gift for us to enjoy. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

Perfect Get-Away
Our family met here for a perfect get-away. The house is beautiful and the location is very serene. We spent our days in the pool and hot tub and our evenings cooking and enjoying the outside patio area. Couldn’t have asked for anything better than this home!

Just the perfect place for the bride and her bridesmaids to enjoy a relaxing time together leading up to the wedding day. Stayed here for a quiet bachelorette weekend and the house did not disappoint! The views, the flowers, the birds and critters were all out of a Disney movie. The hosts were also super generous and kind and great at communication. 10/10, strong recommend.

Everything was as advertised! A lovely property with great views, spectacular pool/ hot tub. Plenty of room. Especially loved breakfast on the porch everyday, watching the humming birds. If ever in the area again, I will definitely rent here again.

What an amazing rental! Pictures and descriptions are all very accurate. Spacious and private. A great pool and spa area where we spent many hours enjoying the views while relaxing. Owners, were very helpful and always available when we had questions. Which wasnt often as they had thought of everything and did a great job explaining things before we arrived. Definitely would recomend to anyone.

Best weekend! Beautiful and relaxing property!
This property and the hosts are phenomenal! The house is exactly as listed, the pool is glorious, and the views are beyond description. The kitchen is simply perfect, and we loved the multiple porch options. Our group of 6 enjoyed the home, peaceful location, and the atmosphere. Stay here!!
