"We had a great stay! The view was beautiful, the place was clean and cozy. The neighborhood was really quiet and a great seafood restaurant called Bahrs was down the street! It was an an absolutely great experience and Gary and the groundkeeper were so helpful in answering questions and were so available to us. We definitely would recommend this place to anyone. Hidden gem.."

"We were fortunate to find this gem on short notice (~2 weeks)...and being pet-friendly. The property is a convenient walk to the boardwalk/beach and the village businesses. The apartment is actually larger than the on-line photos indicate...there was ample room for 2 adults and a small dog. We highly recommend this property."

When we got there we found that the Keurig was broken and a replacement was delivered in a few hours! Easy to park in driveway and street and nearby a Shoprite. I would stay at this property again. The description is mostly correct. It states there are 3 futons but I would call that misleading. There is one room with 2 futons. One might be a queen size...

"This home was perfect for my family. There were 9 of us and plenty of room for all. We spent time on the beautifully tiled back patio with additional family visitors and it was easy to host them. All Linens were clean and fresh and the home over all very clean. Location was great and we took multiple strolls to the beach which was nearby. "Property location is great. Furniture and finishes are a little dated. Layout is good for one family or couple but wouldn't share, walk through the other sleeping are to leVe the bedroom. Place was Walkable to downtown, Asbury or the beach. Owner was verbally responsive to my issue but didn't actually fix it. Listed two beach badges and told me I'm financially responsible for them, but they were not there. Kept promising to run them over but never did , so I purchased daily badges twice...
