"Great family owned Hotel. Really good room with a balcony,very light and airy,the balcony wea a plus in the hot weather! Room was well equipped fans are available on request, very comfortable bed and very clean! The free car park was a bonus,parking behind the hotel can be a little tight if you have a big car but you get a pass for the council cor park a little up the hill that was also good to park! The breakfast was very good and set you up for the day! The owners were welcoming, nothing was...

"Couldn’t fault it in any way! Such a beautiful spacious room which had everything you needed. Kitchen was well equipped with breakfast items and your own plates/cutlery to use. Loved the concept of communal kitchen, got to talk to another couple that was staying whilst eating. Bed was so comfortable! We wanted to stay in bed all day if we could. Bathroom nice and spacious. Lock was a little difficult to do but got the hang of it quick. Would recommend if you are looking to stay in Paignton! "

"Beautiful B&B on a hill, but walkable to the bay and wharf and many dining options. The Bay Area is a little tacky with pin ball, casinos bars etc, but we had a very nice dinner at a spot called “Local” and it was walking distance to our lodging."

"The Waterfront wad excellent. Spotlessly clean, really well decorated, very comfy bed and great shower. We had been walking the SWCP and always appreciate a clean, comfortable room with noce shower. The Waterfront had all of these qualites and some. The breakfast was really good, with a great selection including fresh fruit alongside a wonderful cooked breakfast. Well done Jon & Julie for your hard work and thank you for providing a brilliant room for us. Very highly recommended!!"

"The owners were very friendly; greeting you on arrival and showing you to your room, which was comfortable, clean and tidy. It had a decent view over Torquay, not the see but the town itself, quite a pretty place to look out at. Parking area is small but plenty adequate if you take time and care to go into a space. The bed was made daily (something most hotels don't do now) and a nice touch was the bottle of water by the bed in case you needed a drink in the night. Plenty of storage to pack...

"The room was clean and spacious, close to everything, and when I arrived, Dev took my very heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs to my room. I would stay here again for sure."
