"The property was clean and well-equipped. The pool was excellent, my kids love it. My favorite part was the waterfront view and the deck. I love to watch the sunset, and this property had the perfect view. I enjoyed it with a glass of wine. The Owner was friendly, making the experience even better. We will be going back here. "Wonderful accommodations and location! The hosts are very easily accessible for communication and have the home set up beautifully. "This was one of our favorite stays EVER. You have the paradise of the Bay on one side and the beach on the other! We fished off the dock and caught tons of catfish. "My husband and I spent a week at mermaids retreat and absolutely loved it! We took full advantage of the kayaks and went out on the bay multiple times. Beach access was easy to find and not far away at all. The space was perfect for two of us and it was well stocked with all the things you need from coffee to beach chairs. Would stay again! "

"This was our second time at this location and fourth year at one of Dan & Linda’s properties. Everything was clean and to be expected! We had just enough amenities and perfect access to our local favorites (beach, walking paths, restaurants). "We had a terrific stay here!! The manager, Yvette was fantastic. So kind, helpful, and responsive. Great house with thoughtful amenities to make guests comfortable, including filters for finding shark teeth at the beach, wagons and umbrellas for the beach, first aid kits in the house, and plenty of towels. The couch was big and SO comfortable! Beds were also great including one with a fantastic, firm mattress that was great for a couple of us with sore backs. Loved the decor, large living...

"Check In was a breeze, I may have missed it in the listing but there is a locker on the ground level that has chairs and other beach items available which made it super convenient, the only thing I will say is it’s on second floor it wasn’t an issue for us but the condos on the beach side all have stairs if have someone handicap that may be an issue and I could have missed that in the listing but all in all it was great!!!! Thanks again for the great hospitality "
