Resort pool. 5-minute walk to ocean-side beach or enjoy sandy “Bay Beach” out back. Quiet island street. low-key quiet respectful vacationers. Free Wi-Fi. Policies: 1 car parking spot. No visitor parking. No pets. No smoking. No boats. Free shared use of 2 kayaks

In prime Manasota Key location, Blue Island Inn has spectacular water views of gorgeous Lemon Bay from every suite so you might never want to leave! We are just a 5-minute walk to our wonderful ocean-side beach. Or enjoy our cute “bay-front beach” right out back, a long walk or short drive or free shuttle service to five popular family-friendly restaurants near the big Englewood beach with live tropical music, very popular free beach yoga classes, reasonably priced water sports rentals – parasailing, sunset cruises etc. 2-mile drive to number 1 ranked attraction of Stump Pass State Beach Park - a natural wonderland. Lots more restaurants & shops along Dearborn & nearby Historic Venice Avenue. Enjoy!

It is part of the popular Blue Island Inn on a quiet, safe, relaxing nice island street. You will receive a 4-digit code - along with the vacation villa address - to your entrance door which work on your dates, so you don't need to worry about keys! Super easy!

Car rentals are the best, easiest, most reasonably priced way to get to and from Manasota key.
Our guests often like to use Stumpy's Free Ride - a tip-based shuttle service to get around easily on the Key.

Each of our places has a free high-speed WIFI, Beach towels, folding beach chairs, Sand toy set & all linens provided. Charcoal grills (guest to provide own charcoal). Free use of our laundry room on main floor.

Free shared use of swimming pool, Bay-front beach area, Fishing Dock, outdoor seating, outdoor Ping-Pong table, and self-serve Tiki Bar area.

Free shared use of our kayaks (for age 21 & up) to explore picturesque Lemon Bay. Dolphins often spotted.

Free high-speed WIFI. Keurig-style coffee maker & we also offer traditional coffee maker.

Like hotels - we supply "starter supplies" - toilet paper, folded paper towels, sample size coffee, tea, etc. to get you going -- then there's a Dollar Tree nearby or grocery stores if you want additional supplies.

Wonderful!
We wanted to get a few days of sunshine so we booked this place. It exceeded our expectations! We were giving clear directions and info. Upon arrival the unit was very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed. We loved being able to look out our window and look over the pool and bay. It was a quiet location and yet close to all activities you might want to do. It was too windy to use the kayaks. Maybe next time! We enjoyed sitting by the pool and went to the beach. We loved that their were beach chairs available and even a couple of coolers to borrow to take to the beach. I highly recommend this unit and would definitely go back! We were sad to leave and head back to cold, gloomy Ohio.

Great Spot on Manasota Key
Paradise Bay at Blue Island Inn was a lovely spot. It was home base while we traveled to spring training games in both Port Charlotte and Bradenton. Loved the location, easy beach access, pool, and ability to fish. Fell in love with Manasota Key and all this little beach town has to offer (restaurants, bars, shopping). Highly recommend!

Relaxing Stay
Totally enjoyed our stay, beds were very comfortable and entire place was clean and inviting. Loved the pool and kayaking. Bonus was the laundry on site. Close to restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. Would recommend!

great little get away place
My husband and I enjoyed the unit. The unit was clean, well stocked with towels and decorated beautifully. The dock was nice to sit on and enjoy the bay, while the walk to the beach was very short. The view of the bay from the unit we stayed in was peaceful. While we didn't use the pool because we spent our swimming time in the clear ocean waters, the pool looked super clean. We would highly recommend for a couples trip.

This property was really cute with two queen beds and a large sitting area/sunroom with dining table and nice amenities left for us. The entry road was hard to find at night but fine during the day. Loved the location. Definitely would return.

Wonderful stay
Had a wonderful stay in the first floor studio, Paradise Bay. Extremely clean, had every thing we needed. Nice pool with a beautiful view of Lemon Bay. A/C could be better, sign warned to not go below 70° but needed a little cooler to sleep comfortably at night. Overall, very nice place and would recommend.

This property was absolutely perfect! Exactly as listed! We had never stayed in this part of Florida so I was unsure of exactly where the listing was. It’s in a perfect location!! Love the pool and bay view. Short walk to a private beach or short drive to several other beaches. Restaurants were super close with great food and atmosphere. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rebook!!

We had a good time. Loved the beach and the pool was nice also. The only thing I would recommend is a new air conditioning unit. The one in this villa just blows around hot air. Trying to get ready was not fun!

Peaceful Place
We were looking for a place to escape the busyness of everyday life for a few days- perfect pick! The laid back vibe of Manasota Key was ideal, people were friendly, the beaches were beautiful, food was good, and Yoga was a pleasant surprise! The sunrise over the bay was awesome and then the sunset in the beach. The property was as described, simple, clean and met all Our needs, would book again for sure.

Everything was wonderful, except the air conditioner wasn’t quite cold enough and with the memory foam we were too hot, but otherwise it was a great place! Love the tray of goodies and the decor was adorable! Nice to have the kayaks, but bikes would be great as well.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, it was beautiful, very well stocked with anything needed and more! Check in was very easy! Great view looking out over the pool and bay, and very short walk to the beautiful beach! Would definitely recommend this little piece of paradise and stay there again!

Last min spring break trip!
This was a very last minute family getaway and we lucked into this gem! It was perfect for our family of 4! Perfect location on the bay and a short walk to the private beach! Everything was very clean and had all amenities that we needed! We used the kayaks provided to go to where the gulf meets the bay! It was amazing! Highly recommend this place! We will be back again in the future!:)

OUR STAY
IT WAS IN A GREAT LOCATION. THERE WERE SEVERAL THINGS THAT WERE NOT GOOD. THE ELECTRICIANS CAME WITHOUT LETTING US KNOW. WE WERE NAPPING AS WE WERE REALLY TIRED, WE NEVER GOT THAT NAP. SEVERAL THINGS WERE NOT IN WORKING ORDER.
