Your stay in Englewood will be fun filled & relaxing in this charming bungalow. A fully fenced back yard and off-street parking allows for ample privacy. The house was as pictured, very clean, and only a few minutes from Manasota Key. Within walking distance to Dearborne St, which is nice. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in front porch.

We rented this house after our place sustained hurricane damage and it was exactly what we needed! Clean, comfortable, and great wifi for remote work. Our pets loved it, too.

Great location and comfortable home
The location is a couple of blocks from a very nice park with boat launch and is also close to Dearborn street which has restaurants and shopping. Its a short drive to Manasota Key and other waterfront areas. At first glance the curb appeal and neighborhood looked a bit ‘worn’ but its actually a very nice neighborhood and the home has been completely remodeled. We stayed there for three weeks and it felt like home. The hostess was generous with toiletries, beddings, towels and kitchen items. We had no issues or problems. We intend on returning for another stay!

Work trip
I am working nearby this summer and needed a safe, pet-friendly and spacious cottage to stay. This checked all the boxes and the owner was very gracious with checking in/out dates. I even picked a fresh pineapple out of the front yard to eat! It’s an “old Florida” vibe in the neighborhood, super close to beach area and next to a Boy Scout lodge. As a female traveling with my daughter I felt safe. The washer/dryer was appreciated! We enjoyed the screened porch in the evenings. The cottage is very spacious and neighbors are quiet. It’s close to everything in town and a stone’s throw from Sarasota, Venice & Port Charlotte. The bathroom is very large and modern as well. You can’t go wrong with the Blue Pineapple!

Very nice place to stay. I had left a pillow behind and she went above & beyond to return it!! Comfortable furniture. Some of the neighbors are a bit loud at times, but it didn't bother us too much! Lovely home!

Fur baby friendly paradise
This was our 9 annual snowbird vacation but first with our new pup. I do my homework yearly and knew where this little paradise is located. We travel with a 16ft enclosed trailer with motorcycles and there was plenty of parking for that. We love the area as it’s surrounded by great beaches from Boca Grande to Casey Key and not far from the Brohard Paw park and beach in Venice. The weather wasn’t as good as in past years but better than being at home in Tennessee where it was 5° and snow!! We don’t eat out a lot but we do have a few favorites. We do a lot of cooking and eating in and the grill came in very handy. The fenced back yard was a big hit for our Lily chasing squirrels. The front lanai with the morning sun was great for morning coffee and we had many campfires at night. Besides the weather we couldn’t have ask for a better place to vacation and would definitely stay again! Thank you Lisa for letting stay at your Blue Pineapple Delight ❤️

You will want to bookntbis sweet cottage
The cottage was so cute. The owner has it well equipted for a comfortable stay. She even provided an extra portable bed. The neighborhood was great for walking and biking. It is convenient to a nice park, boat launch, restaurants and shopping. I would defiantly stay there again.

Olde Florida Hideaway
We needed a place to call home for the last week before our Ian damaged condo was ready and had to be out of where we had been staying. This little house was perfect! Everything was comfortable, well stocked, clean, quiet and peaceful. The backyard was so relaxing to unwind at the end of the day. The location is just enough removed from the main street while allowing easy access to everything Englewood offers, which is quite a lot. We would highly recommend the Blue Pineapple!

Clean property with everything needed for short stay.
Initial owner contact took a couple of days but she was very quick to respond thereafter. Home is located in an older and quiet area of Englewood very close to beaches, groceries and service stations. This quaint little house was recently redone and offers private outside parking right next to front door. Home had everything we needed for a comfortable short stay. Owner was very gracious to let us enjoy a couple of the sweetest little pineapples (in season now) grown in their yard. We're a mature couple with two pet birds in cages always looking to find a decent and safe area to stay and very happy to have found this little gem. Would stay there again. Thank you, Lisa!
