Enjoy the coastal town of Encinitas in this centrally located vacation rental home with great indoor/outdoor entertainment space and plenty of room to host your group! This single-story home includes 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and can sleep up to 9 guests. The home features two spacious entertaining spaces with comfortable lounge seating, a pool table that also converts into a ping pong table and a gourmet kitchen equipped with everything you need during your stay. Enjoy the great year-round climate of Encinitas in the spacious backyard! The backyard is equipped with a variety of amenities including a BBQ grill, basketball hoop, dining and lounge seating furniture and a grass play area. 

One guest bedroom includes a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and a work station with plenty of tabletop space for a laptop and a wireless printer/scanner available is for use. Two other guest bedrooms include comfortable queen size beds and TV's. A full size bathroom includes a shower/tub combo to be shared by the three bedrooms. The master bedroom suite features a king size bed, TV, a sliding glass door opening up to the backyard and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. 

Parking available in the driveway for two vehicles. The home is equipped with Air Conditioning. The fifth bed is a full sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room/kitchen area. The home is fully furnished and equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay including a washer/dryer, household supplies, linens and towels. As a safety feature to the home, video surveillance cameras are installed on the exterior entrances. 

The neighborhood is a short walk to everything you may need during your stay including grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores and more! The home is also just a short drive to the shops, restaurants and night life of downtown Encinitas. Moonlight, Stonesteps and Swamis Beaches are quite close - among the top surfing sports in North County San Diego! Easy access to the Interstate-5 freeway and Coast Highway makes it a quick drive to other San Diego favorites such as area beaches, shopping, restaurants and destinations like the Del Mar Race Track, Sea World, historic Old Towne, the San Diego Zoo, LEGOLAND, Petco Park and the Downtown Gaslamp District.

Save on your stay by considering a longer stay! Reservations 31 nights or more are not charged a 10% tax. Any stays 30 nights or less are required by the city of Encinitas to pay this when making a reservation. Inquire for a special rental quote for stays longer than 31 nights.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. The minimum age requirement to book the property is 21 years old.
2. Guests must provide proof of ID. If someone else books the home on behalf of another group or individual, the person who made the booking will also need to submit proof of ID.
3. Reservations for 30 nights or longer will be required to sign a Lease Agreement. Guests who do not agree to the terms and conditions of the Agreement will be asked to cancel their reservation.
4. Payment of the refundable security deposit must be made prior to the check-in date to finalize the reservation. Failure to pay the refundable security deposit will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
5. The cancellation policy written in the listing determines the applicable refund based on the cancellation timeframe.

Beautiful & Fun Home; Nightmare Communication
Beautiful home! Very clean, well stocked, backyard & in-home order to accomplish this, they have hired a third-party, extensive background checking company that has its headquarters overseas. Having had ID stolen before, I was unwilling to submit what the contact was asking for. I tried to contact the Host several times, only to be sent the same link (over & over) to submit personal info. I filed a complaint with Vrbo twice explaining the problem. Three hours before check-in I was contacted by the Host to say that the AC wasn't working and did we want out of the contract. I was finally able to talk to someone with whom I was able to come to a workable solution, so we were able to stay there. Because of the communication trouble, I would NEVER rent this home (nor anything run by PURE Property Management) again, even though it was very nice place. I have rented many homes through Vrbo, and never had this kind of trouble. The two companies need to work out a better system together.

Family Getaway
Great location!! The house was a great launch point to San Diego and north to Anaheim. Moonlight Beach was a favorite just a few minutes drive from Encinitas. The house was a little unexpected- a religious type shine in the hallway, funny smell from drains and some holes that needed patching. Was a water filter but water jug empty, propane not guaranteed for BBQ and no soap available for washing machine. Just a few details that would have made things more accommodating. But overall a great place, slept our 7 well, nice neighborhood.

Do not stay with a Pure Property Management property.
The professionalism of this company is laughable. I do not recommend any property from them and I would not recommend listing your investment with them. I rented a property off of VRBO back in May for a stay in July. The property included air conditioning. I emailed them our intent and the reason for our visit. I live in MN and drove to California. I did not hear from them until the day before our check in stating that they would send us instructions later. I got to the rental and I don’t see a message of how to get in but that they need a photo ID! Seriously - we couldn’t have asked about that two months ago??? Finally we get settled in and no AC. I called. I texted (the POC Tyler Greene). I emailed. I messaged through VRBO and no fixed AC. The messages back through VRBO were laughable and never acknowledged any maintenance concerns. Tyler acknowledge and said he’s check about getting a credit. I have zero faith that will happen. Nice property. Nice location. Horrible management. Not recommended for families with little kids. We kept the kids on the tile portion of the kitchen versus eating on CARPETED dining area.

Perfect Family Getaway!
We stayed at this rental for a week with our family and had an amazing time. The house was very spacious and exceptionally clean. There were plenty of activities to keep both adults and children entertained. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed to make meals ranging from simple to extravagant. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. The location was fantastic, being close to Sea World, Legoland, and many other historical monuments. The beach was just a 5-minute drive away, which was a huge plus. The property management company was easy to work with and quick to respond to our communications. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a quick, family-friendly getaway.

We had a great time visiting Encinitas with family! The outdoor space was amazing and the location was wonderful. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We could walk to get coffee every morning. The only issue we had was that the alarm system kept chirping and we had to unplug the entire system to get it to stop, which took a little bit of time to figure out.

Another great stay
This is our second time renting this house for a long winter stay. We love everything about it. It is located within walking distance to several grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The sofas are comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need. We enjoyed using the ping-pong table and the basketball hoop in the backyard. The property management company was quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to be able to stay here again next winter.

Nice place in a good location
This is a very nice home to spend a few days in with your family. It is in a very nice neighborhood and is located close to lots of stuff from grocery stores to restaurants to gyms. Everyone in our party enjoyed their stay at this home. Would stay there again!

Great guys’ getaway
We stayed at the end of September 2022. It’s a beautiful house, and was perfect for me and my friends as a weekend getaway. Short drive to the beach; nice quiet neighborhood. We had fun using the pool table, the basketball hoop, and the cornhole boards. We also took advantage of the BBQ. The house has nice TVs throughout. My only complaint is that they don’t have any of the sports channels, not even ESPN. For a group of guys who wanted to kick back and watch some games while we were hanging out at the house, that was disappointing. Otherwise, it was a great experience. The property management followed up multiple times to make sure we had what we needed, but didn’t contact me so often to become annoying. I would highly recommend it!

Great location Great house
We had a great stay, the location is perfect and the amenities were fantastic! Checking in we ran into a small glitch but that was on us LOL we didn't punch in the correct code. We did however see a few bugs in the kitchen spice cabinet. We attempted to call back after their help with the door code and got no call back. Not a big deal, our stay was still FANTASTIC and we would absolutely go back!!!

Great Place for Families!
This is a really nice home with mostly updated furnishings, bathrooms and comfortable beds. The best part for us was that it had a basketball goal, a pool/ping pong table, and a decent cornhole set in the private backyard. This place was conveniently located to I5 and only a couple of miles from the beach. We didn't use them but there were TV's everywhere and even a fireplace. It's a very big kitchen that is a bit disorganized but everything you need is there to cook or entertain. There's even spices and other things you need which was very helpful. We will absolutely check this place out again if we travel as a family to the SD area.
