"This is an amazing place to stay and can't wait to do so again. The miner's cottages have been beautifully updated, everything provided and very comfy beds to sleep in. The outdoor seating area is fabulous, thank you for providing that, so nice to be able to sit outside on a summer's night. Location is ideal, an easy and quick walk to the local pub, walk to the shops, the location is spot on"

Also received a complimentary bottle of local wine, which was a nice touch. Mintaro Cottage is so peaceful and quiet but just a short walk to the local pub (which served excellent meals). "We enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable, had everything we needed, has a lovely, tranquil garden & the spa was definitely great after a 50km bike ride. The added extras such as chocolates, a bottle of wine, bacon, eggs, a loaf of bread & water bottles was an added bonus. (Just sorry that Velvet & Willow Wines was not open over the Xmas/NY - would have loved to have stopped in there.) Thank you for letting us stay, Ileen & Richard. "
