"I can’t say enough good things about this rental house. We had three families on a late fall school break. House has everything you could need and all of us had an awesome time. Clean, tons of bedrooms, bathrooms which was important and multiple floors to spread out. All of us loved the game room and had some fun competition. "Perfect place for a bachelor party if you're looking to spend the majority of your time outdoors. The inside was very nice as well though there is a sign not to flush toilet paper down the only toilet in the house. One of the beds was also crammed into a closet but that was not a big deal as there was still plenty of space for the 7 of us. Overall the stay was very good and the host was timely with all of his responses, would definitely recommend to others!"

"Stayed for a long weekend at the end of August to do some bike riding in the area. Plenty of space for 5 adults and the views on the deck for morning coffee were great."

"So close to Gallagher farms and the wedding we attended that this cute house also let us explore the Lelanau bike path and down town traverse city. Natural creek in the back yard was perfect to recover from a long run. The house is cute and perfect for our small family with a small doggie. The quaint downtown Beulah is an easy stroll down the road with the stunning Crystal Lake view right across the road. The hot tub was a real treat and would really be the cherry on top after a day on the slopes in the winter too! I will definitely be booking here again."

"We just spent Thanksgiving week here with our extended family. The home was so spacious and cozy, and incredibly clean. It had everything we needed. It dumped snow and was so pretty looking over the lake - I can imagine it's glorious in summer. We had a wonderful time! "

"Lake front and totally private; we fell asleep to the waves. The location is what makes this property incredible. We spent almost all of our time outside and enjoyed it thoroughly, including plenty of boats, chairs, and sand tots provided by the owner. There is a weirdly heavy infestation of fruit flies throughout the house that was unpleasant, some of the linens weren’t clean, and a few lights didn’t work. Peter was a responsive and gracious host!"

"Our 2nd annual stay at this wonderful home situated in a beautiful location. We enjoyed the spacious living areas including pool table, foosball & hot tub. We spent the days in downtown Traverse City, shopping and wine tasting and then were able to gather back at the house for a fun game night to celebrate Christmas with family. Clean, modernly decorated and well stocked with everything that you'll need for a great stay. We appreciated the snack basket upon arrival! <3 "
