"What we like: Near center, incl. Walkable to grocery store, stunning view where the property is located and along the way to the center, enough rooms to cater considerably big family. What we don't like: no wheelchair access, access to property from the street was rather a struggle, what up in the snow before reaching the stairs, utensils/appliances were not clean/ worn out (suggest to replace some of them), oven was not cleaned."

"If you want to get away from life with the most glorious views along with absolute peace this is the perfect spot. The house has everything you need for a long or short stay. So comfortable and warm. They have thought of everything. Books, music, movies, a fabulously stocked kitchen. We absolutely loved our few days here and will be back. "

"Although the property seems smaller than anticipated, it was still comfortable. It can do well with larger indoor spaces as the rain over the last couple of days confined us so. The TV reception dropped off a few times and there aren’t enough toilet papers resulting in us having to buy some in town."

"Plough Cottage was well equipped and there were plenty of warm blankets/doonas and electric blankets for the beds. The bunk bed room was large and big enough for four to share. The host was easy to communicate with and had really thought of everything you would need to have a pleasant stay. It was a short walk to the lake and a picturesque drive to and from Mansfield. "The property was clean and tidy with good amenities. Drying room was a huge benefit after a day at the snow. Plenty of firewood cut and dried ready to use. We all enjoyed watching the wildlife roaming the property. Highly recommend staying here."
