"The staff, except the manager Jason are amazing. The hotel is run down, each room has something different to offer: roaches, anta, smoke... and they all smell of something precurer. It was convenient to target, and the bridge. Other stores near by as well, safeway, starbucks, peets not to far. I prefer peets. "

" I stayed 8 nights at this hotel. I made a reservation for 1 king and 1 sofa bed, but they gave me 1 room without the sofa bed. I went down, complained and they moved me to another floor. After checking out, I received the bill saying that I stayed on a smokers' floor, since I don't smoke, and they charged me more than 200 dollars for cleaning, because it was a smoker's floor. But the hotel who made the room change, and there was no communication of that fee. I was cheated, and they don't want...

"There were no towels. There was no remote for the tele. There were also no fridge/microwave, but, i don't believe any/all of those had been promised to start with. It was, kind of, filthy in there, but, was definitely not poopy or anything."

"Boa opção de hotel fora de San Francisco. Preço bem razoável, do lado da ponte que vai pra sanfran, limpeza boa, banheiro ótimo, espaço de quarto ótimo. Acho que único ponto negativo é o estacionamento pago (estacionamento em local descoberto, self parking e pago??)."

"Hotel muito bom, localizado do outro lado de San Francisco. Não tem trem para San Francisco. Se for de balsa, tem que ir de Uber até o Ferry. O estacionamento é caro, uns US30 a diária. Peguei o carro e foi para San Francisco. U$ 9 de pedágio da ponte e mais US30 de diária de estacionamento e San Francisco. Resumo: essa historia de ficar lá e usar o transporte urbano (balsa e onibus) não funciona. Com relação ao hotel, muito bom, nada a reclamar."
