"Very nice place. Well maintained and quiet. Parking was excellent with plenty of space to park a large trailered boat. No fault of the owner by any means but the county road in is in pretty poor shape. Other than that it was a Great Place! The 4 stare was due to the road in."

"We had a family reunion and rented two houses but mostly spent our time at the other house which offered more kayaks to use. This house was very clean and a great place to stay but we wish that it had had a lake view. It would have been nice to have had soap, shampoo, etc... in the shower but thankfully we had some small ones in our luggage. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and it worked for the six of us who stayed there!"

"House was a bit outdated and needed to be refreshed. Entryway needed paint, there were a few broken shelves and theatre room had and odor. Beds were VERY hard and bathrooms needed an update. Pool and kitchen were beautiful. House was huge and doors were a bit tricky to lock. Host was very accommodating and responded quickly. Overall experience was good."

"The property was a nice treat for our family. We really enjoyed the theatre room. The back deck had beautiful sunrise views. We all agreed that more trash cans were needed. I have a neurological condition that makes climbing stairs almost impossible. This is not listed as an accesssibke property. Overall, great!"

It is a beautiful old house that has been renovated and made to be comfortable, from the updated kitchen to the comfortable couch in the TV room. My son recently moved to Marrietta. My wife and I met our daughter down there to visit. Not being familiar with the area, we looked at a lot of houses before deciding on this one. We couldn't be happier with the choice.
