Property has an inground pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, direct beach front access with a covered seating area. Located next to the water park, go cart tracks, putt-putt, and walking distance to several wonderful restaurants- absolutely great location! 1 bedrom with a king bed, living room with a pull out couch, fully furnished kitchen, small work area for those who work on vacation- Outside dinner table for meals with a view of the Ocean. This unit is completely renovated with brand new- everything-.. 1 King bed with a Queen pull out couch.

Great place, super clean.
Spent 3 nights with the wife on a quick get away. The condo was very clean and very updated. We enjoyed the short stroll to the beach, and the location is very convenient to restaurants, shopping and grocery. The host was accommodating to my questions and quick to respond. We would certainly consider another stay here when returning to the area.

Great room & location
Very clean, up to date room. Nice condominium resort with a safe and comfortable feel! We enjoyed most of our time on the beach and enjoyed walking on the Emerald Isle trail. The location of our room was great! We definitely want to stay here again for our next trip to Emerald Isle!

Military R&R
We needed a break and some vitamin sea. From IN so NC is a nice quick drive. The condo was nice and easy to get to. Close to pool and a bit further to ocean BUT it’s not a shabby walk at all. All the beach supply’s we needed were there in downstairs closet. We took morning walks to local coffee places and met very kind people. * note k cups recommended to bring ** note not a lot of cooking utensils but enough to get by.

This was a fantastic location. It was so centrally located to all the fun activities, the beach, and restaurants. The condo was clean and beautifully done. We would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely getaway
The unit is clean and comfortable, everything has recently been updated. We totally appreciated the comfortable bed, thick towels and modern appliances. The main property itself is well kept too. Beach access is great, and pool and tennis courts are nice. Location is convenient to everything and we took advantage of town bike paths that take you miles up the island. This was a great weekend getaway and we would definitely come back.

Quick trip
Great location, easy to walk to many restaurants and shops. Unit is very close to the pool, easy walk to the beach unit is brand new, recently updated very clean. Keurig machine not a standard drip coffee pot. Kitchen missing some cooking utensils, no spices. Instructions left from the owner state “no cooking seafood or other foods with strong smells in the unit.” Not an issue for us as we eat out our meals, however, probably would have been good to know in advance prior to arrival.

Updated and comfortable
The condo itself was wonderful….updated, super clean and very comfortable. I gave it a 4 because the view from the balcony is a public parking lot. This building is also the farthest from the beach…(but is closest to the pool). Also only 2 coffee mugs! Loved having the elevator w loading and unloading. The bed was very comfortable too.

Would love to come back!
Me and my husband had a wonderful time. Location is perfect. 3 minutes walking distance to the beach. Restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store, etc is 2 - 7 minutes of driving. We were pleasantly surprised that the host provides beach chairs as well. So convenient. Place was very clean and tidy. Very comfortable bed. I usually struggle to fall asleep in new places, but not this time. There is Roku tv provided, and the host was so gracious and went out of his way to give us access to add another streaming app that we have a subscription for. My only wish was that the shower had a better water pressure, and that it had a hose extension. It would help a lot with cleaning up the shower off any sand particles. Overall truly a great experience.

The Perfect Place!
This place was perfect! Stayed 12 days, and I didn’t want to leave. Great location, felt safe in the community, communication with owner was great. Will definitely stay again!

Short getaway
Great location close to lots of shops and restaurants, grocery. We just needed a de-stress few days with lots of relaxation, and that's exactly what we had. Bed and pillows are comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again. Just a tip, our cell service bottomed out right when we got to the condo. Take a picture of your check-in instructions before you get there. I wasn't able to get it pulled up as we were trying to get in. Once you get connected to the wifi in the condo, it's smooth sailing.

Enjoyable
This unit is perfect for a couple. Limited kitchen wares which was not a problem we brought several of our own. The unit is upstairs on the 1st floor so you can enjoy the corner beach view with your morning coffee. The bright, very clean unit has neat local artist wall art. It’s a safe gated community requiring the card for entry. It was perfect for our off season visit to beautiful Emerald Isle.

Property was conveniently located for access to the beach and restaurants and shopping. Very clean, bright and comfortable. Bed was wonderful. Fridge and sink/prep area very nice. We like to cook, so could have used a few more kitchen cooking essentials. Owner was great to deal with. Overall, I would come back.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway!
This was the perfect place for our fall getaway! The condo is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We really liked the unique artwork over the bed and couch. It is a very short walk through the property to a spacious gazebo and then on to the beach. We also walked to a nearby restaurant for breakfast and dinner. We hope to stay here again!

Great place to stay
The apartment was really good to stay. Kitchen seems to be brand new. Big couch for extra 2 people to stay ( even if kids could be 3) The apartment even has a basketball to play downstairs, chairs, cornhole and even charcoal and even to play tennis. I really enjoyed all that. Really good location close to the beach and restaurants. It had all you need in the bathroom and lots of towels. The hammock on the balcony was really cute. Only thing I would suggest is to complete the set of mugs to have breakfast in the morning, some measures cups if you need to cook a little bit and also provide some more coffee. We only had 4 coffee pots that my fiancé had one per day. Good thing I took instant coffee for all the rest. Overall, I would definitely get back! Thanks
