The only downsides were as follows: no iron or ironing board, no sugar for coffee, very little coffee and no tea bags, LOTS of flies in the house and I vaccumed them up every day. I am basing this on what would have been available if we would have stayed in a hotel. "

"The boat dock for the win. The little lake was the best for jumping off the boat, kayaking and catching lots of tiny fun fish. We anchored on sandbars and enjoyed water sports, on the big lake. We golfed, went to the races and drive-in theater, only minutes away. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The cabin was more than enough. Had character and comfort. We enjoyed the large yard. "The property is set back ftom the road. Only houses on one side of you. Plenty of outdoors with large yard, and great fire pit and grill. The kitchenhas everything you need for preparing any meal. The biggest draw was the wooden floors, beautiful."

"We rented the property for an annual family trip with parents, siblings and their children. Even with 10 of us, the the house was spacious - whether at the table playing games or enjoying a Brewers game. The kitchen stocked with everything you could need and more. Diane shared her contact information shortly after arrival, and while we needed very little, was very responsive when we did. When the weather cooperated, we were able to enjoy the backyard for campfires, fish off the pier, play catch...

"We had a great week with our kids and grandkids. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the upstairs/downstairs separation made it easy for the adults to socialize after the kids were asleep. There's a big yard to play in, plenty of parking, fishing from the dock, canoes and kayaks, reading on the deck overlooking the river, and lots of games. The grandkids loved the pool. It's a short drive to Shawano for stores, restaurants, parks, and the lake. Definitely recommended."

"We found this to be a good, no-frills option on a Packers football weekend that resulted in Green Bay hotel rates in excess of $400! New London is a nice town about a half-hour away from Green Bay. Room was comfortable, bed was good, breakfast was adequate, staff were friendly, and the price was excellent."
