Overall a great place to stay. Comfortable and Convienent.
The main reason I came to NYC was to see some hockey games. One at Madison Square Garden. One at the UBS Arena. I was traveling alone. This lodging had great reviews. It's located in a safe area. The train station is about a mile away. There is a bus stop at the end of the street. UBS Arena is less then half a mile away. I arrived at night. It was easy to find the entrance. The keyless entry was easy to use. This is a basement unit. There is one set of narrow stairs leading into the suite. Sometimes, I can have problems with stairs. Even when I was exhausted, I didn't have a problem with these stairs. In my opinion, the suite had everything a person would need for a visit. They have coffee and creamer available. That's a huge plus for me. It means I didn't have go searching for a store right after I got there. The bed and couch are comfortable. If you want to adjust the air/heat, then you will contact the owner.
It's a little annoying but his response is almost immediate. I get hot easily so I had to ask him to turn down the temp a couple of times. It's quiet! The place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just a short distance from a major road. It was a safe, and easy, walk going to and from a 7:30 hockey game. Sadly, I couldn't figure out the transit system so I ended up taking an Uber where I wanted to go. It was my first time using Uber and I had no issues.
