The main living area features a king bed, a 55" Roku TV with Spectrum cable (via the Spectrum app), and a cozy gas fireplace. A sliding door opens to a covered patio with an outdoor sofa. The condo includes a full bath with a shower/tub combo, a mini-split for heating and cooling, and an in-unit combo washer/dryer for your convenience.

This condo offers several convenient ways to explore the area. Guests have access to bikes during the spring, summer, and fall, making it easy to reach nearby attractions. By bike, you can get to Holiday Valley’s Sunrise Lift in just 2-3 minutes or the village center in under 5 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
There is a 120V outlet accessible from the parking lot for charging electric vehicles. The condo includes two bikes that you can use to travel to and from Holiday Valley Resort (pools, bar, and restaurant) and the village. Please enjoy the bikes, and remember to return and lock them up when you're finished.
