"I booked a week before I needed the place. I was unable to get any form of response from this host, and the phone number was disconnected. Beware of that when dealing with this host, as something might happen when they’re just dropping off the face of earth. This situation canceled the day I was supposed to check in, and cost me $150 extra as I took my money to a competitor."

"My family was in town for my son's funeral service. He, 23yrs old, was active duty army sgt who passed away while on deployment overseas. Grace Villa was the only 5 bedrm property large enough for 10 people to stay comfortably. The home was exactly as described in the listing, very clean. The house can sleep 15 guests easily but the kitchen was not equipped with adequate dishware, cookware, it lacked basic utensils required for cooking. That was challenging."

"In town for my aunt‘s 80th birthday celebration andThis place definitely is what the description says. the shower system is definitely the selling point for the property five of us stayed and we talked about the shower the whole time. it is not near restaurants but if you have a car and you’re driving, it’s definitely worth the stay. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and we had no problems at all with the property."
