The property is across the street from a large truck stop, so there is a lot of truck noise. The lobby is in poor shape, and seems to have been sloppily renovated by an untalented DIYer. It made me concerned how the room might be. The check-in clerk was not the friendliest person, and was on the phone with someone who was trying to get a refund, while I and another customer were left to wait about 10 minutes to check-in. She at first gave me one room card even though two of us were staying in the room. I had to ask for a second card.
Thankfully, the room was clean and tastefully decorated. The bed, a king, was very comfortable. The breakfast was all carb options, and very little available if one is trying to eat gluten-free. All-in-all, it was okay, but I probably will not choose to stay at this property again if I need a place to stay in Ellensburg.
