"This was the third consecutive year we've stayed at this property and we still love it. The house is equipped with just about everything needed for a perfect getaway. The host is great work getting back to us quickly if needed. You can't ask for a better location. Thank you for giving us a well needed retreat! Looking forward to year 4!"

The only thing I would suggest is to have a tv in the main living area you could use your personal streaming device. Only one bedroom had a tv you could stream channels. "The house is not fancy but cozy and feels like home. It can sleep a large amount of people and there is ample seating for meals for everyone. The kitchen has been updated since our last stay, which was nice. Now includes a dishwasher. The owner is very responsive and helpful if you need anything. Overall clean, although small details like the trim and corners of the bathroom could use a little touch up. FYI - there is no hairdryer there as mentioned in the description. Be sure to bring yours....

"Adorable house! So many windows, great view from all of them but you never feel like the neighbors are watching. The master bed placement is perfect. Wake up in the middle of the night and you can see the ships on the ocean. Quiet neighborhood. Comfy couches, giant TV, kitchen well stocked. Our dogs loved it too. We will 100% return. Owners were very responsive and helpful as we made a last minute reservation and they had to go above and beyond to assist us. "

"Location is a drive to beach, 20 minutes in traffic or 20 minutes on a bike path if you have a back pack. Condo looks better than pictures! Flooring in living area is LVP. Furniture is older pattern but so comfortable, condo is comfortable and pretty. Plenty of room! Beds comfortable and very clean. We had everything we needed to cook. We did a puzzle and played board games, nice big coffee table. Pool was perfect for a dip after a long day.You do hear the road and cars but I slept like a rock,...

"Chez Soleil is the first VRBO property we rented a second time, and for good reason. The spotless house is right on the quietest beach imaginable, with million dollar views. Our Corgi had a grand old time, as Primehook beach is pet friendly. I'm sure we'll return, sooner rather than later. "

"We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. We rented bikes and rode the bike trail that comes right by the house. Would definitely stay here again."

"Very clean spot with eash access to the area, and my kid loved being able to hit the swimming pool each day after the beach and lunch. We were a 40 year old couple, 6 year old, and 70 year old grandma were perfectly accomdated at this spot. It would easily accomodate two couples and two kids with 2x queen and 2x twin beds."

Hotel bem localizado. Atendimento impecável.

"A estadia foi ótima. O quarto tinha um bom tamanho e era limpo. O café da manhã estava excelente e tinha várias opções. O hotel fica perto dos outlets. A melhor coisa pra mim foi o atendimento do pessoal da recepção. Infelizmente não me lembro o nome da moça que me atendeu, mas ela foi muito querida. Eu havia feito compras na Amazon antes de chegar ao Hotel e a loja entregou os pacotes separadamente, mas mesmo assim, tudo foi recebido e guardado numa sala junto à recepção. Sem nenhum custo. Agradeço muito por este cuidado com tudo. Excelente hospedagem. Local tranquilo. Recomendo."
